The Company has been in continuous operation since 1962, originally as a subsidiary of Rubbermaid Incorporated. In 1983, the Company became a private corporation following a LBO by its management. Toter is a 100% US owned company, and it is one of the largest rotational molders in North America. Headquarters for Toter is in North Carolina, with three regional manufacturing locations: Statesville, NC; and Acuna, Mexico.
