Mrs Abiola Morgan Anyakwo is a Nigerian lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar in 1982 and admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales in 1998. Mrs. Morgan-Anyakwo secured a Bachelors Degree in Law from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1981 and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge, England in 1984. Mrs. Morgan-Anyakwo has extensive experience in providing legal and business advice to clients, and has a strong commercial sense gained in over 20 years of corporate/commercial law practice. Specializing in the area of international commercial law, joint ventures and strategic alliances, Mrs Anyakwo has worked with many multi-national organizations in facilitating their business and investment in Nigeria. Mrs. Morgan-Anyakwo has acted as retained counsel to several multi national and joint venture companies involved in the aviation, telecommunications and energy sectors of the Nigerian economy, sometimes serving as representative of these foreign investors on the board of their Nigerian subsidiary and affiliated companies. Notable assignments include acting as retained counsel to a British international airline in its strategic alliances with the Nigerian National Carrier; acting as counsel to a Canadian technology firm in its supply of US$15 million telecommunications equipment and its significant investment in a Nigerian company; and acting as counsel to international telecommunications company in its application for vendor financing from an international financial institution. Mrs Morgan-Anyakwo is a partner in the commercial law firm, Legal Partnership Consult, in Lagos, Nigeria. She is Strategic Legal Consultant / International Business-Development Lawyer at Lowe & Company. Mrs. Morgan-Anyakwo works with clients to research business opportunities for foreign firms seeking to establish a presence in Canada and is part of the firms global human resources team, serving clients from diverse countries and industries.

Nader Wahba has been an Immigration Consultant with Lowe & Company since 2000, and is a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants. He and his family were clients of Lowe and Company in 1994 when we helped them immigrate to Canada from Egypt in 1994, and after working in the Counseling and Care field for several years, he joined the team at Lowe and Company in 2000 to help new immigrants come to Canada. Nader studied at the well known Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts. After coming to Canada, he furthered his studies in Psychology, Management, and Immigration courses, and in 2002, Nader obtained an Immigration Practitioner Diploma from the Certification Program for Immigration Practitioners, a program organized by the University of British Columbia and Seneca College of Ontario. Nader has a passion to help new immigrants who are unfamiliar with the society and culture in Canada. He has been a volunteer with the Immigration Services Society in Vancouver, B.C., helping them to recruit Canadians to host and welcome new immigrants. He has advised new immigrants about Canadian schools, the medical system, job opportunities, translations, and other resources. Nader has helped Independent Skilled Workers, Business immigrants, and sponsored Family members immigrate to Canada from 14 countries, including Egypt, the USA, the United Kingdom, France, the Emirates, Kuwait, Lebanon, and other countries, and he has traveled to Africa and the Middle East to advise clients in those regions. More recently, Nader represented Lowe and Company at the 2005 American Immigration Lawyers Association Conference in Salt Lake City, where he advised American immigration attorneys on Canadian immigration options for their clients. AILA has over 8,000 member attorneys and law professors across the USA, and is one of the most respected organizations in the Immigration field.
