In September 2002, the Company announced that it was pursuing ownership of a horseracing track located in New York State known as Tioga Park. Tioga Park consists of approximately 138 acres, including a 5/8 mile track, a grand stand, horse barns, jockey quarters building, horse auction facility and other necessary buildings to operate a horseracing facility.
