Since our inception in 1993 (under the name Quintel Communications), we have been dedicated to innovative, results-driven direct marketing. Over the years, we've honed our direct marketing skills successfully delivering tens of millions of new customers and generating hundreds of millions of dollars in new sales in the traditional media of television, postal mail, and telemarketing. With the advent of the Internet, and now mobile media, we recognized that our expertise in traditional direct marketing gave us a unique advantage over other less-experienced marketing companies in both the Internet and mobile channels. Our expertise enables us to generate powerful marketing campaigns and programs that unite online and off-line media channels and clients, and ultimately enhance our ability to drive superior results for both our clients and our own business lines. With careful planning, we initiated our first online marketing campaign in the 4th quarter, 2000. We've been launching successful marketing campaigns ever since.

Jeffrey L. Schwartz is chairman and chief executive officer of Traffix, Inc.
