Mr. Cornell joined Transcend Services in November of 2005 as CFO. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of experience in accounting, finance, and financial management, including controller and chief financial officer positions with publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Transcend, Mr. Cornell was Chief Financial Officer for nearly five years at Facility Resources, Inc., a private consulting firm specializing in facility-related project management, systems implementations and outsourcing for large corporations. Prior to that experience, Mr. Cornell served in chief financial officer and controller positions in two separate publicly traded companies in the healthcare information systems industry. Mr. Cornell received a bachelor's degree in Finance with highest honors from the University of Colorado.

E. Leo Cooper has served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing since February 18, 2008. Prior to joining Transcend, Mr. Cooper was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for White Plume Technologies, a healthcare software company, from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Cooper was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Payformance and SOURCECORP, companies which provide processing and software solutions for healthcare and other industries. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Cooper was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Transcend Services, Inc. Mr. Cooper spent the first ten years of his career at Xerox in a variety of sales roles. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Alex Munoz has joined Transcend as Executive Vice President in charge of operations. Prior to joining Transcend, Alex started and solely operated CSR, LLC, a business services consulting firm, commencing in February 2002. From October 2000 to April 2002, Alex served as the Senior Director of the CodeRemote Division of PHNS, Inc., a health information technology and business processing outsourcing service firm. From September 1998 to October 2000, Alex was Vice President of Operations for Transcend Services and developed the CodeRemote operation that was sold by Transcend to PHNS during October 2000. Alex has a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech and a Masters Degree in Information Systems from George Washington University.

Mr. Robertson joined Transcend Services in 1998 and was instrumental in the design and development of Transcend's BeyondTXT platform. He is now responsible for overseeing Transcend's network operations division as well as Software Research and Development.

Jitendra has a focus on managing quality and developing independent institution for quality IT education. Under his leadership, IT-Education Unit has completed successful transformation into a matured business house which now has a high profile and satisfied strength of students. In addition to the responsibility of setting up and managing IT Education unit, Jitendra is also responsible for defining and executing long term business vision for IT-POINT as a member of the core steering committee. He is also providing guidelines for developing and promulgating information technology policies, standards and procedures on security, data management, system life-cycle management, information technology reviews, and other related areas. Prior to this role, Jitendra held various business strategy, management and systems engineering positions in some of the leading industries in India. He has been extremely successful at introducing innovative IT solutions which have resulted in tremendous increase in productivity & financial returns. His strong background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and IT management combined with experience as Project Strategist gives him a very special ability to develop and deploy IT plans that can achieve strategic business goals. He has extensive proficiency in building, leading and inspiring large teams and businesses. Jitendra holds a Masters Degree in Computers(M.Sc.IT), He was a professional Cricket & football player and has represented the State Teams in 'Under-19' category for two years.

Tarun with his leadership helps manage growth at TRANSCEND. His responsibilities range from setting overall corporate strategy and building the company's brand and market positioning. Tarun is currently serving as Joint-Managing Director of TRANSCEND and is the Business Unit Head of the consultancy division. Tarun's responsibilities include setting long-term goals, working with team to define business unit goals and the execution and monitoring of such goals. He possesses strong management skills that develops leadership, promotes creativity, openness and superior culture in the organization. Tarun also provides oversight over Human Resources and Finance functions within TRANSCEND. Since inception, Tarun has guided TRANSCEND's development from a two-person operation into an exciting, dynamic and powerful force amongst the respected clients, helping clients such as PepsiCo India, Idea, Airtel, ICICI, HDFC, Citifinancial and various others. Under Tarun's leadership, TRANSCEND has won accolades not only for its design and technology achievements, but also for the company's enviable record of client satisfaction. Prior to co-founding TRANSCEND. He holds an Masters degree in Mathematics from a prestigious institution.

Mr. Sack (age 62) has served as a Director of the Company since August 8, 2006. Mr. Sack has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Salis, Inc., an outsourcing provider of compliance services for sales and use and other transactional taxes since November 2005. He joined Salis, Inc. in November 2004 as Chief Administrative Officer, where he served until August 2005. Mr. Sack served as Chief Operating Officer of MetaSolv Software, Inc. from March 1999 through March 2001. Mr. Sack was employed by Arthur Andersen LLC from 1970-1980.

Mr. Thoele (age 72) has served as a Director of the Company since October 1993. Mr. Thoele has been a consultant to Sisters of Mercy Health Systems since February 1991. From 1986 to February 1991, he served as a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Sisters of Mercy Health Systems. Mr. Thoele is currently Chairman of the Board of St. John s Mercy Healthcare System in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Thoele is a past Chairman of the Catholic Hospital Association.
