Bryant R. Riley is both founder and Chairman of B. Riley & Co., Inc. B. Riley & Co. is a Southern California based brokerage firm providing research and trading ideas primarily to institutional investors. Founded in 1997, B. Riley & Co. also has offices in San Francisco and New York. Mr. Riley is also the founder and Chairman of Riley Investment Management, LLC, an investment adviser which provides investment management services. He also serves on the board of directors of Aldila, Inc. and Celeritek, Inc., each a Nasdaq listed company. Prior to 1997, Mr. Riley held a variety of positions in the brokerage industry, primarily as an Institutional Salesman and Trader. From October 1993-January 1997 he was a co-head of Equity at Dabney-Resnick, Inc., a Los Angeles based brokerage firm. From 1991-1993 he was a co-founder of Huberman-Riley, a Texas based brokerage firm. Mr. Riley graduated from Lehigh University in 1989 with a B.S. in finance.

David R. Ditzel is vice president and chief architect for Hybrid Parallel Computing for Intel's Digital Enterprise Group's Architecture and Planning. Ditzel joined Intel in March 2008. He has worked on the design of leading edge computing systems for over 30 years. He was the founding president and CEO of Transmeta Corporation. Prior to his 13 years at Transmeta, he spent 10 years at Sun Microsystems where he held various positions including CTO of the SPARC Technology Business, Director of Sun Labs and Director of Advanced Systems. While at Sun, he started the first collaboration in computer design between the United States and Soviet Union by hiring Soviet Supercomputer designer Boris Babayan and his team at the Moscow Center of SPARC Technology, which was later acquired by Intel. Prior to Sun he spent 10 years at AT&T Bell Labs in Murray Hill, New Jersey where he as the architect for the CRISP microprocessor, one of the first RISC processors, and was a co-author of "The Case for the Reduced Instruction Set Computer". Ditzel has worked on the development of over two dozen computer systems, has published three dozen papers on advanced computer design, and has received seven patents. Ditzel graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, and also a bachelor's degree in computer science, and received a master's degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1979.

Mr. Dickinson joined CMD in April 2001 with over 37 years of experience in the computer and semiconductor industries. Immediately before joining CMD he was Vice President and General Manager of the Optical Storage Division of Cirrus Logic, Inc., as well as serving in several other senior executive roles including President of the Cirrus Logic subsidiary in Japan. Prior to Cirrus Logic, he held senior management positions at Western Digital Corporation following its acquisition of Verticom, Inc., where he served as President and CEO, Zilog, and Burroughs. Mr. Dickinson has been a member of the Transmeta Corporation Board of Directors since May 2005. Mr. Dickinson has an AB from UC Berkeley and an MS from the University of Washington, both in physics. He was also a Sloan Fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Christopher Schaepe has served as a director since April 1999. Mr. Schaepe is a founding managing director of Lightspeed Venture Partners, an early-stage technology venture capital firm where he has served since 2000. Previously, Mr. Schaepe was a general partner at Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners, which he joined in 1991. Mr. Schaepe also previously served in corporate finance and capital markets roles at Goldman Sachs & Co. after working as a software engineer at IBM. Mr. Schaepe holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science and electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business
