FHWA and WVU Sign Cooperative Agreement - Federal Highway Administration - Brief Article
FHWA and West Virginia University have signed a cooperative agreement, which was executed under the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st (TEA-21), to conduct a study on the development and deployment of second generation fiber-reinforced polymer composites applied to concrete pavements.
