Mr. Koumantzelis has been one of our directors since 2001. Mr. Koumantzelis is Chairman of the Board's Audit Committee. Mr. Koumantzelis has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gainesborough Investments LLC, a private investment company, since 1998. Mr. Koumantzelis is also a trustee of a number of privately held trusts and has other business interests.

Ms. Gilmore is one of our Independent Directors. Ms. Gilmore has served as a clerk to Judge Joel B. Rosenthal of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western Division of the District of Massachusetts, since 2001. Ms. Gilmore was a partner of the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP from 1993 to 2000. Ms. Gilmore has been a director of Five Star Quality Care, Inc. since 2004.

Mr. Rebholz is our Senior Vice President and Controller. Mr. Rebholz has served as Vice President and Controller since July 2002 and as Controller prior to that time since 1997. Mr. Rebholz is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Lombardi is our Executive Vice President of Sales. Mr. Lombardi has served in this position since January 2007 and as Senior Vice President of Sales prior to that since June 2006. Prior to joining TravelCenters of America, Inc., Mr. Lombardi spent seven years in senior positions in the global marketing and customer service divisions of Ford Motor Company; prior to that he spent thirteen years in the retail marketing division of BP.

Mr. Bagdasarian is our Senior Vice President of Shop Marketing. Mr. Bagdasarian has served in this capacity since January 2007, as Vice President of Store Marketing from 2002 to 2007, as Vice President of Retail Marketing from 2001 to 2002 and in various other positions prior to that time since 1993. Prior to joining TravelCenters of America, Inc., Mr. Bagdasarian spent 15 years with Sohio and BP in various management and marketing positions.

Mr. Richards is our Senior Vice President of Restaurant Marketing and Operations. Mr. Richards has served in this capacity since April 2008. Prior to this position, Mr. Richards served as the Vice President of Restaurant Operations and in various other positions since his joining of TravelCenters of America, Inc.

Mr. Graham is our Senior Vice President of Retail Marketing and Other Income. Mr. Graham has served in this capacity since May 2008. He joined the company in 1997 and has held several positions including VP Shop Marketing from 2000 to 2006 and VP of Strategic Planning and Franchising from 2008 until May 2008. Prior to joining TravelCenters of America, Inc., Mr. Graham spent 15 years with Sohio and BP in various management and marketing positions and 2 years with Middough Associates, an engineering consulting firm.
