David is a native of Cincinnati and has worked in managed care on both the provider and insurance side of healthcare for the past 35 years, including, in addition to TriHealth, Anthem, United Healthcare and the Health Alliance. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting and masters degree in management from Xavier University.
