Edward G. Chadwick, Senior Vice President and CFO. As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Trinity Health, Chadwick is responsible for all areas of system-wide finance including treasury, financial planning, financial reporting, revenue management, tax, and insurance. In 17 years with Trinity Health, Chadwick has served in levels of increasing responsibility in system-level financial operations and as a Ministry Organization Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Trinity Health, he served in various financial leadership positions at the University of Chicago Hospitals and West Suburban Medical Center. He earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Serving as Trinity Health's Chief Development Officer since 2006, Maria Szymanski manages business development strategies and oversees their implementation. More broadly, she provides guidance to joint venture, real estate activities and other transactions across the Unified Enterprise Ministry . For much of her 14 years at Trinity Health, Maria has provided leadership for the development of many financial activities, including financial reporting, accounting, insurance and the alignment of Trinity Health's eastern division. Prior to joining Trinity Health, she served in finance leadership positions at Selectcare, St. Joseph's Healthcare, and Sinai Hospital.

Paul Browne, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Paul is currently responsible for oversight of the entire Trinity Health information services function including 1,200 IT professionals in seven states. Prior to assuming his current role, he directed the activities of Trinity's Project Management Office. Paul has extensive experience in the implementation of enterprise-wide clinical, administrative, and ERP information systems. He also has extensive experience in the health insurance industry having served previously as the Chief Information Officer at both Mercy Health Plans and SelectCare. Prior to those roles, Paul spent eight years with Accenture / Andersen Consulting. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan.

Daniel Hale, Executive Vice President, Community Benefit and Public Affairs. Dan Hale provides corporate legal services, manages legal services provided to Trinity Health's operating entities, and works on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Trinity Health, Hale joined Holy Cross Health System in 1996 in the newly created position of senior vice president, general counsel. He previously was partner and chairman of the health law group Drinker Biddle & Reath in Philadelphia, Pa., and has broad experience spanning the scope of healthcare law, from various hospital-related issues to integrated delivery networks. Hale's areas of practice include healthcare, securities, and corporate and general counsel. In the healthcare area, he has represented hospitals, healthcare systems, nursing facilities, managed care organizations, physician/hospital organizations, home health agencies, mail order pharmacies and other healthcare providers and businesses. He also has designed and implemented structures for collaboration among hospitals, physicians and payors in integrated and risk-based systems.

Dr. Kini joined Trinity Health in April 2004 from the GE Health Leadership Institute in Waukesha, WI. Kini has a deep understanding of cultural transformation in hospitals and IT's role in shaping the next generation of health care. While with GE Health Leadership Institute, Dr. Kini headed the company's efforts in the implementation of advanced health care technologies. He has also trained in Six Sigma and has served as General Manager of Enterprise Marketing for GE Medical Systems Information Technologies. A practicing physician for more than 12 years, Dr. Kini served in the ER at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and served as Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He earned his medical degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and completed his pediatrics residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He earned a master's degree in health administration (MSHA) from the University of Alabama in 1988. He is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine, and he is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Amy Greenhoe serves as Manager of Audit Services for Trinity Health, the fourth largest Catholic healthcare system. She has an undergraduate degree Medical Technology and a M.S. in Professional Accountancy from Walsh College and has 18 years of healthcare finance/auditing experience. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. Amy has done extensive training and auditing of federal grants while at Trinity Health.

Russell Gust holds a master's degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Dakota, where he also served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Sioux Athletics.

Mr. Autry is the CEO of Contrado Partners, a global consulting firm based in Chicago. He previously served as CEO of Brigade Solutions; Senior Vice President and General Manager of World Wide Travelers Cheque Group of American Express Company; President and COO of Release International; Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Baxter International with global responsibility for manufacturing, logistics, and IT; and Head of Worldwide Sales at FedEx. Mr. Autry also serves on the Boards of Hyperion Solutions (NASDAQ) and Trinity Health, and UAS Corporation.
