President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Gray Television, Inc., since 2002, and Gray's Executive Vice President-Acquisitions and a director from 1996 through 2002. Director of Gabelli Asset Management Inc. (a provider of investment advisory and brokerage services) and as an advisory director of Swiss Army Brands, Inc. and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority.

Michael J. Gebhart has been our Executive Vice president since November 2007 and has serves as the Publisher of the Albany Herald since October 2005. From May 2004 until October 2005 Mr. Gebhart served as the General Manager and Avdvertising Director of the Albany Herald. Prior to that Mr. Gebhart was a Senior Vice President for Morning Star Publishing Company in Michigan.

Gerald N. Agranoff joined us as a Director in May 2004. Mr. Agranoff is currently counsel to the firm of Kupferman & Kupferman, L.L.P. in New York. From 1975 through 1981, Mr. Agranoff was engaged exclusively in the private practice of law in New York and was an adjunct instructor at New York University's Institute of Federal Taxation. Previously, he served as attorney advisor to a Judge of the United States Tax Court. His current activities include being general partner of SES Family Investment and Trading Partnership, L.P., an investment partnership, a member of Inveraray Capital Management L.L.C., the investment manager of Highlander Fund B.V. and Highlander Partners (USA) L.P. He is also a director and the chair of the audit committee of Bull Run Corporation. Active in Wall Street financial transactions for over two decades, his specialties include taxation, investments and corporate finance. He holds an L.L.M. degree in Taxation from New York University and J.D. and B.S. Degrees from Wayne State University.

Mr. Nicholson is President and CEO of Keeneland Association, a thoroughbred race course and sales company located in Lexington, KY. Prior to becoming Keeneland's President in 2000, Mr. Nicholson was the executive vice president and executive director of The Jockey Club and helped form the National Thoroughbred Racing Association, serving as its first chief operating officer. For his many contributions to the industry, Nicholson received the Lifetime Service Award from the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association, as well as The Jockey Club Gold Medal.

President of Del Mar of Wilmington Corporation, a real estate development company, since 1997. Director of Bull Run Corporation from 1994 through December 30, 2005, and was President of Datasouth Computer Corporation, a subsidiary of Triple Crown Media, Inc. since 1994, from 1984 through 1997, and was one of Datasouth’s founders in 1977.

Self-employed business consultant since 1987 and has served as President of KAJO, Inc., an oil and gas operating company, since 1995. Director of Bull Run Corporation from 2001 through December 30, 2005, and a director of Host Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Triple Crown Media, Inc. since 1999, from 1993 to 2000.
