(?THCR,? or the ?Company?) and certain of its subsidiaries (collectively, the ?Debtors?) filed voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the ?Bankruptcy Code?) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (the ?Bankruptcy Court?). The Debtors filed such petitions in connection with a pre-arranged plan of reorganization after several months of negotiations with representatives Table of Contents of the holders of the Debtors? public indebtedness and Donald J.
