John Plant is president and chief executive officer of TRW Automotive, a $14.7 billion automotive supplier based in Livonia, Michigan. A leader in automotive safety systems, TRW employs some 66,300 people in approximately 200 major facilities around the world and is ranked among the top 10 automotive suppliers globally. Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Plant had been a co-member of the Chief Executive Office of TRW Inc. since 2001 and an executive vice president of TRW since the company's 1999 acquisition of Lucas Varity. Previously, Mr. Plant was president of Lucas Varity Automotive and managing director of the Electrical and Electronic division from 1991 through 1997. Mr. Plant is a member of the board of directors of the Automotive Occupant Restraints Council, a member of Henry Ford Health System Board and a vice chairman on the Kennedy Center Corporate Fund Board. A graduate of the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics, Accounting and Law, Mr. Plant is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Joseph S. Cantie is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for TRW Automotive, a leading automotive parts supplier with sales of $14.7 billion in 2007. He was named as executive vice president in April 2004 and has served as vice president and chief financial officer since February 2003 and leads all aspects of the company's financial function with an emphasis on continuous financial improvement for TRW Automotive's global product lines. Prior to his current role, Mr. Cantie had served as vice president of finance from November 2001 for TRW Automotive, again responsible for all financial functions of TRW Inc.'s largest business division. From October 1999 through November 2001, Mr. Cantie served as vice president of investor relations for TRW Inc. In this role he held responsibility for financial communications between the investment community and TRW, as well as management of the shareholder base. Mr. Cantie, a certified public accountant, joined TRW in September 1999 from LucasVarity plc. At LucasVarity, he served in several executive positions including vice president and corporate controller from July 1998 to September 1999, based in London, UK. He joined Varity Corporation in March 1995 as manager of financial and business analysis. Mr. Cantie's career also includes various positions with KPMG Peat Marwick for 10 years beginning in 1985. In addition, he served as an adjunct professor, instructing accounting systems courses at the State University of New York at Buffalo from 1993 through 1995. Steve Lunn was appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer of TRW Automotive in February, 2003. In this position, he focuses on operational and supply chain performance improvement, including quality, productivity, asset management, and implementation of best practices at more than 140 manufacturing facilities. Additionally, he is responsible for the global purchasing and quality functions. Mr. Lunn is also responsible for overseeing global Product Development and Engineering activities and works in conjunction with the CEO to reach and satisfy the TRW Automotive worldwide customer base. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lunn had served as executive vice president of automotive operations. He also previously served as senior vice president of operations for TRW Chassis Systems, responsible for operational strategy, performance, quality, best practices, purchasing, and related activities for more than 65 TRW braking and steering and suspension plants around the world. Mr. Lunn came to TRW in 1999 when TRW purchased LucasVarity, where he was serving as deputy president and chief operating officer of LucasVarity Automotive, responsible for the company's global braking and electrical operations. He had joined Lucas in 1995 as managing director of Lucas Braking Systems and in 1996, following the merger of Lucas and Varity, was named managing director of LucasVarity's Light Vehicle Braking Systems Division. Before joining Lucas, Mr. Lunn was employed by the Rover Group, the UK's largest light vehicle manufacturer. He held a number of positions in the automaker's components business and joined the company's mainstream car operations in 1982 as director, foundries and fuel systems and held operations positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to leaving Rover, Mr. Lunn served as managing director small and medium cars. Based at Longbridge, he held responsibility for all product development and manufacturing of the Mini, Rover 100, Rover 200, Rover 400, and MGF models. Mr. Lunn holds National Certificates in Business Studies at Leeds College of Commerce, a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies, and the Final Diploma of the Institute of Marketing.

Dave Bialosky was named executive vice president in April 2004 and has served as vice president and general counsel for TRW Automotive since February, 2003. In this position, he is responsible for the worldwide legal affairs of all TRW Automotive product lines and leads the businesses' Law Department from his offices at the TRW Automotive headquarters in Livonia, Mich. Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Bialosky served as vice president and assistant general counsel of TRW Automotive, and also previously served as vice president and assistant general counsel for various TRW automotive businesses both in Livonia and in Cleveland. Mr. Bialosky joined TRW in 1989 as counsel for TRW's Automotive Sector. In 1994 he was promoted to senior counsel for TRW's Occupant Restraints & Controls Group. From 1995 to 1997 he was senior counsel for TRW Information Systems & Services in Orange County, Calif., returning to Cleveland in 1997 to become vice president and assistant general counsel of TRW's Automotive Electronics Group. Before joining TRW, Mr. Bialosky was an associate with the Cleveland law firm of Thompson, Hine & Flory. Prior to obtaining his law degree, he served as a mechanical engineer with the former Standard Oil Company of Ohio. He received a bachelor's degree in engineering sciences from Dartmouth College and earned a doctorate of law from the Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Bialosky is a member of the California and Michigan bars.

Mr. Lake was named executive vice president in April 2004 and since being named vice president of sales and business development for TRW Automotive in 2002, Peter J. Lake has been responsible for the definition, implementation, and ongoing management of the business' global strategies for customers, products, alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing. Before his current assignment, Mr. Lake served TRW Chassis Systems as vice president of business development and planning, then assumed the additional responsibility of general manager for the parts & service division. He has been with TRW's automotive business since the 1999 acquisition of LucasVarity, where he was serving as vice president of marketing for LucasVarity Automotive. Mr. Lake joined the former Lucas Industries immediately after earning his degree in business in 1978, progressing through a number of sales and marketing positions within the diesel and heavy-duty electrical division (CAV Ltd.). He subsequently joined the company's Aftermarket Operations as general manager of Lucas Braking Parts and Service. He later was appointed marketing director of the Lucas Aftermarket Division, became commercial director for LucasVarity Aftermarket Operations, then was elected to head Automotive marketing, a position he held when TRW acquired LucasVarity. Mr. Lake has a degree in business and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Original Equipment Manufacturer's Association.

Neil Marchuk is Executive Vice President of Human Resources for TRW Automotive, a $14.7 billion automotive supplier. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Company's international human resources and serves as a member of the management committee. Mr. Marchuk joined TRW from DuPont, where he held the position of director, corporate human resources. Marchuk joined DuPont in 1980, developing his career in human resources through a succession of plant and divisional roles. He left DuPont in 1992 to join SC Johnson, initially as vice president, human resources for its Canadian business, then as director of human resources and administration for its operations in China. Neil has also served as personnel and industrial relations manager for ITT Canada. Mr. Marchuk then rejoined DuPont in 1995 as human resources director, Greater China, a role he held until 1999 when he returned to North America. In his last five years at DuPont, he held various functional leadership roles with global responsibilities at both divisional and corporate levels. Mr. Marchuk holds a first degree in Business Commerce from the University of Windsor, Canada, and an MBA from the University of Paisley, UK. Mr. Marchuk has served on a variety of not for profit local boards for organizations including the United Way, Big Brothers, and Junior Achievement and in China on the Shanghai American School's Finance Committee. He currently is a member of the Board of the United States Overseas Schools Advisory Council, a group chartered by the Secretary of State, and Michigan Virtual University.
