Mr. Marchetti, age 50, joined the Company in February 2001 as Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations in February 2002. In April 2003, Mr. Marchetti was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Tuesday Morning, Mr. Marchetti held various positions including being a principal with MarCon Services, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of CWT Specialty Stores, Inc.

Ms. Bowman has over 20 years of financial experience, and for the past two years served as Vice President of Finance for Tuesday Morning. Previously, she served as Vice President of Finance for Summit Global Partners, which was acquired by USI Holdings, Inc. of Dallas, a publicly traded insurance brokerage firm. Prior to her role at Summit Global Partners/USI, Ms. Bowman held finance positions at several retailers based in the DFW area, as well as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Bowman is a Certified Public Accountant and a native of Fort Worth, Texas. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She will report to Michael Marchetti, Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Bowman succeeds Mr. Marchetti, who has served as Acting Chief Financial Officer for Tuesday Morning since January 15, 2008.

Benjamin D. Chereskin, Managing Director - A.B., Harvard College; M.B.A., Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to co-founding MDP, Mr. Chereskin was with First Chicago Venture Capital for nine years. His prior experience includes a variety of positions at White Properties Corporation. Mr. Chereskin concentrates on investments in the consumer sector and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of BF Bolthouse Holdco LLC, Cinemark, Inc., Family Christian Stores, Inc., NWL Holdings, Inc., Tuesday Morning Corporation, the University of Chicago Laboratory School.

Giles H. Bateman was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003. Mr. Bateman was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Price Club from 1976 until 1991. Mr. Bateman served as director and chairman of CompUSA, Inc. from 1994 until 2000. Mr. Bateman is a director of Tuesday Morning, Inc, Lifetime Fitness Inc., and United PanAm Finance Corp.

Ms. Johnson is currently President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Dave and Busters, Inc. and has served in that capacity since April 2007. From June 2006 until April 2007, Ms. Johnson served as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategic Officer of Dave and Busters. From 2004 to June 2006, she was an independent consultant to restaurant, retail, and retail services companies. From 1995 to 2004, she served in various capacities (most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Officer) of Brinker International, Inc.
