Dow Jones Description
We are pleased to announce that on Friday, December 5th, all members of the coalition gave their approval of the agreement in which Ardent, the current owner of OSUMC, will donate the hospital to a city trust in early 2009, and St. John will operate the facility. State leadership, as well as private organizations including the Kaiser Family Foundation, have agreed to help fund the facility. This agreement would not have been possible without the support of our employees, volunteers, residents, physicians, patients and the citizens of Oklahoma who rallied behind our hospital. With their collective voice, OSU Medical Center now has a bright and long future.
