David Kovacs is the chief investment officer of quantitative strategies at Turner Investment Partners. Mr. Kovacs developed the quantitative research model that is currently used by the firm. He has worked at Turner since 1998 and has nineteen years of investment experience. Prior to joining Turner Investment Partners, Mr. Kovacs was Director of Quantitative Research at Pilgrim Baxter & Associates. He also served as a senior financial analyst at The West Company. He began his career as a research analyst at Allied Signal, Inc. Mr. Kovacs received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame with a dual major in finance and accounting, which is also where he received his bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science. He is a member of CFA Institute and CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Glenn A. Dever is our Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Dever joined us as Director of Client Service in 1997 and has been Chief Marketing Officer since 2005. Prior to joining us in 1997, Mr. Dever, who has 23 years of industry-related experience, worked as vice president of client services for Delaware Investment Advisors. Prior to that, he was a senior consultant at New England Pension Consultants. He began his career in the investment management division of Ameritech Corporation. Mr. Dever received a B.S. in finance from Miami University (Ohio) and an M.B.A. in finance from Loyola University (Chicago). He is a member of The Association of Investment Management Sales Executives.

Christopher K. McHugh co-founded Turner Investment Partners in 1990. In addition to his role as vice president, Mr. McHugh is lead portfolio manager for Turner's Midcap Growth and Concentrated Global Growth portfolios. He is also a member of the team of analysts covering stocks in the technology and telecommunications sector. He has twenty-three years of investment experience. Prior to co-founding Turner Investment Partners, Mr. McHugh was a performance specialist at Provident Capital Management. He graduated from Philadelphia University with a BS degree in accounting, and received an MBA in finance from St. Joseph's University. He is on the board of trustees at Philadelphia University and is an affiliate member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

David Brenia is a security analyst for our core/value products at Turner Investment Partners. Mr. Brenia has worked at Turner since 2003 and has four years investment experience. Prior to joining Turner Investment Partners, Mr. Brenia was employed with the University of Tulsa and the United States Navy. Mr. Brenia received his MBA in finance from the University of Tulsa and his BS in political science from the United States Naval Academy.

Jennifer K. Clark is a quantitative analyst/portfolio manager at Turner Investment Partners. Ms. Clark is co-manager of Turner's quantitative equity strategies. She joined Turner in 2006 and has five years of investment experience. Prior to joining Turner Investment Partners, Ms. Clark was employed with ACE USA. Ms. Clark received her BS in mathematics with a concentration in actuarial science from Pennsylvania State University. She is an affiliate member of CFA Institute and CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Marc G. Bianchi is a security analyst/portfolio manager at Turner Investment Partners. He has worked at Turner since 2004 and has four years of investment experience. Prior to joining Turner Investment Partners, Mr. Bianchi was employed with Melhado Flynn & Associates and the Crummer Suntrust Scholarship Endowment Fund. Mr. Bianchi received his MBA in finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and his bachelor's degree in Economics at Rollins College. He is also an affiliate member of CFA Institute and CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Robert S. Clark is a security analyst for our core/value products at Turner Investments Partners. Mr. Clark has worked at Turner since 2005 and has three years of investment experience. Prior to joining Turner Investment Partners, Mr. Clark was employed with People's Bank. Mr. Clark received his MBA from Yale School of Management and he received a dual bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Bryant College. He is a member of CFA Institute, the New York Society of Security Analysts, and Institute of Management Accountants.

William McVail is a senior portfolio manager/security analyst at Turner Investment Partners. He covers stocks in the consumer sector. Mr. McVail is the lead manager of the Small Cap Growth and Small Cap GrowthPlus portfolios and a co-manager of the Concentrated Growth and Micro Cap Growth portfolios. He has worked at Turner since 1998 and has twenty-one years of investment experience. Prior to joining Turner Investment Partners, Mr. McVail was a portfolio manager at BlackRock Equity Advisors. He also served as an equity analyst at PNC Investment Management and Research. Mr. McVail graduated from Vassar College with a dual bachelor's degree in economics and psychology. He is a member of CFA Institute and CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Gordon P. Cromwell is a security analyst for our core/value products at Turner Investments Partners. Mr. Cromwell has worked at Turner since 2007 and has fourteen years of investment experience. Prior to joining Turner Investment Partners, Mr. Cromwell was employed with Canaccord Adams and Tucker Anthony. Mr. Cromwell received his MBA from Vanderbilt University and he received a bachelor's degree in English from Denison University. He is a regular member of CFA Institute.

Jillian Batten has been a security analyst at Turner Investment Partners since December of 2006. She covers stocks in the consumer sector. Ms. Batten graduated magna cum laude from Immaculata University with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance.

Ronald Clarke is a security analyst for our core/value products at Turner Investment Partners. Mr. Clarke has worked at Turner since 2002 and has forty-one years of investment experience. Prior to joining Turner Investment Partners, Mr. Clarke was employed with Aeltus Investment Management. Mr. Clarke received his BS in finance at the University of Connecticut and was the former president of Financial Analysts of Hartford.
