Mehran Nia is a co-founder of U.S. Auto Parts and has been the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President and a director since October 1995. From October 1995 to January 2001, Mr. Nia also served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Nia holds a B.A. degree in biology from San Diego State University.

Rob is an experienced chief executive officer of private and public companies and an accomplished technology investor. He was the CEO of CAMAX Systems (acquired by Electronic Data Systems, NYSE: EDS), Ultradata (acquired by John Harland, NYSE: JH), and Citadon. He is the managing partner and founder of Treehouse Capital, an investment firm that blends value and growth investment disciplines to make active investments in later-stage technology companies. Prior to Rob's experience as an investor, he was a merchant banker with Investment Advisors, Inc., where he worked with many of the Coral Team members, and an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Fredric W. Harman joined Oak as a General Partner in 1994. Fred's primary investment focus is on Consumer Internet and Internet New Media. Fred is currently on the Boards of Aspect Software, Connexus Corporation Demand Media, FRS, Knowledge Networks, Limelight Networks, RazorGator, Rearden Commerce, Reunion.com, Shop.com, Sutherland Global Services, Talisma and U.S. Auto Parts. Fred has also led investments in aQuantive, Allyes (acquired by Focus Media), Campus Pipeline (acquired by SCT), Fastclick (acquired by ValueClick), Captura (acquired by Concur), Cobalt, Exodus, ILOG, IMS (acquired by Celestica) Inktomi, Pivotal, Primus Knowledge Solutions, Qpass (acquired by Amdocs), Quintus (acquired by Avaya), Sanmina/SCI, SportsGG and SPSS. Prior to Oak, Fred worked for seven years with Morgan Stanley's Venture Capital Group where he was a General Partner. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Fred worked in Business Development at Hughes Communications where he was involved in the formation of the predecessor to DirecTV. Fred received an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University where he was a Hughes Fellow. Fred is also a co-owner of the Golden State Warriors and a Trustee of Sacred Heart Schools.

Mr. Riley is currently the President of NPO Solutions, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning for the nonprofit sector with local, regional, and national clients. Warren Riley gained his experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors where he has specialized in strategic planning, operations planning, budgeting, staff development, market planning, and fundraising. For several years, he was with the firm KPMG Peat Marwick, where he provided consulting services to a variety of social service agencies, arts and advocacy organizations, associations, schools, and universities. His book on strategic planning, The Resource Development System, is a "bible" to leaders throughout the nonprofit sector. Mr. Riley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Dartmouth College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford University.
