Christine Guttmann is responsible for ViewPoint's office and event management. She supports our international team, coordinates our Pan-European activities and insures the seamless flow of information within ViewPoint, to the investors of the funds we advice and to the public. Prior to joining ViewPoint, she held various executive assistant positions with firms such as Danka Digital Imaging Systems, Spencer Stuart & Associates, Euromedica Executive Search and Cross-Media-Consulting. She brings many years of in-depth experience in marketing, project and office management services for companies operating in international markets.

Georgie Binks is a freelance writer living in Toronto. She writes for Style at Home, Elle, Homemakers, Chatelaine and Glow magazines. She has also written for the four Toronto newspapers. Georgie is a former CBC radio and television, reporter and editor, having worked in broadcasting from 1976-1992. She is currently a columnist for CBC.ca's Viewpoint. She is currently working on her first novel and hopes to complete it by Late 2005. Georgie is always looking for new and weird story ideas, so please feel free to email her.

Jeanne is an attorney (1992) and a Certified Public Accountant (1991) in the State of Illinois. She works with closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals for asset protection, succession planning, estate planning and financial turn-around. Jeanne has evaluated and drafted the tax vehicles necessary for investors to obtain federal tax credits from the non-conventional production of fuel source (Section 45K of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended; formerly known as Section 29). Asset protection techniques include Registered Limited Liability Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, Business Trusts, Corporate Recapitalizations, Family Limited Partnerships, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, and gifting programs, including those for minors and grandchildren. Succession planning covers all aspects of financial turn-around and crisis management. Jeanne works closely with the founding members of closely held businesses to draft critical agreements including Shareholder Buy-Sell Agreements, Employment Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, and Asset Purchase and Stock Purchase Agreements. She has worked closely with physicians including preparing business valuations as well as drafting business plans to map out business ventures showing market opportunities, niche developments, resources required and potential for financial success. She has also conducted feasibility studies showing, for example, the market for a medical group, where to locate, area growth patterns, planned government development and the economic make-up of population. She has presented numerous seminars on wealth protection, estate planning and forensic accounting. Jeanne is a life-long resident of Chicago. She and her husband enjoy raising their two young sons.

On November 25, 2008, Mr. Jay Amato was appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Amato has a strong business and information technology background and has served as an executive at a number of media and information technology businesses. Also on November 25, 2008 Mr. Robert Fetherstonaugh resigned from the Board due to personal commitments.
