Frank S. Johnson, Jr., corporate secretary of The Fund. He has served as chief public relations executive to some of the nation's best-known corporate, government, and not-for-profit organizations, including NASA, the U.S. Postal Service, USIA, the Chicago Board of Trade, General Dynamics, Revlon and others. He is also a former President of the Revlon Foundation and served as assistant to the President of the Solomon R. and the Daniel and Florence Guggenheim Foundations. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Acting Company and The Virginia Opera.

David E. Rozier, Jr. practices with the Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office. His emphasis is on Environmental Litigation and Toxic Tort, but has extensive experience in Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation. He is approved as a mediator by the Mississippi State Bar, and serves as a mediator for the U.S. Postal Service. He has served as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Jackson since 1996 and is President of the Mississippi Municipal Judges Association.

Marceia and her three children, then teenagers, moved into their Land Trust home off East Franklin Street in 2001 and joined the board a year later. She is a strong believer that the Land Trust offers one of the best programs around for single parents with one income. Also known as Sakari, she is a clerk with the US Postal Service and a Red Cross volunteer. She spent three weeks on the Gulf Coast working in disaster relief after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

As former CEO of the US Postal Service, Mr. Henderson ran one of the largest logistics operations in the world. Mr. Henderson is a 30-year veteran of the US postal service and former Postmaster General, having worked his way up from mail carrier to CEO. Mr. Henderson currently provides consulting services and equity financing consulting for high-technology companies.

James C. Miller is the founder and president of PharmSource Information Services, Inc. A preeminent expert in bio/pharmaceutical outsourcing, Jim established and presides over the pharmaceutical outsourcing industry's principal online information database of contract service providers, PharmSource ADVANTAGE. Jim was a member of the judging panel for the 2007 European Outsourcing Awards. Jim formerly served as vice president of sales and marketing at Circa Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a solid dose manufacturer. Prior to that, he was president of St. Anthony Publishing, a provider of database information services for the health care industry. Jim also was formerly a consultant in corporate strategy with the Boston Consulting Group. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
