As chief financial officer, Jim Volk oversees VoiceVerified 's financial operations including planning and analysis, corporate development, corporate finance, risk management, cash management, investor relations, financial reporting and compliance. With more than 20 years of experience, Jim has helped grow some of the largest names in telecommunications by developing business plans, executing capital-raising strategies to support expansion, and managing the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions. Jim joined VoiceVerified from Ubiquitel Inc. (Nasdaq: UPCS), one of the nation's largest Sprint Nextel affiliates. During Jim's five-year tenure as chief financial officer with Ubiquitel, the company grew earnings (before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) by an annual growth rate of 73 percent, eliminated $250 million in debt service, increased its market capitalization from $25 million to $1 billion, and was successfully acquired by Nextel for more than $1.3 billion. Jim spent six years at Cingular Wireless (formerly SBC Wireless and Comcast Cellular), where he rose from director of international finance to regional vice president and chief financial officer. A certified public accountant, Jim holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from the Villanova University.

Michael McPhillips is UbiquiTel's General Manager for the Northern California and Northern Nevada markets. He is responsible for full profit and loss, and oversees all functional areas, including sales and marketing, network development and retail store operations at the market level. Mr. McPhillips has 11 years of diverse management experience in the wireless industry most recently serving as the General Sales Manager of the Central Valley, CA market. Mr. McPhillips first joined UbiquiTel in February 2001 as the Corporate Sales Executive responsible for guiding all sales channels during the launch phases of multiple markets while focusing on sales execution in all markets. Prior to joining UbiquiTel, Mr. McPhillips worked for Southwestern Bell Corporation from July 1999 through February 2001 in various positions in the wireless retail division and corporate sales in the landline division. Before the acquisition of Comcast Cellular by Southwestern Bell, Mr. McPhillips worked in both the retail and training divisions from February 1993 to June 1999.

Steve Bugg is UbiquiTel's General Manager for the Mid-West Region (Central / Southern Indiana and Northern / Western Kentucky markets). He is responsible for full profit and loss, and oversees all functional areas, including sales (retail, indirect, business) and marketing, training, network development and retail store operations at the regional level. Mr. Bugg has 19 years of diverse management experience including positions in financial services, real estate, sales / marketing and telecommunications, most recently serving assigned to a special project in the northeast region of Sprint, re-launching the New England market [including Boston]. Prior to that assignment, he was Director of Marketing and Sales Operations for Sprint's Northeast Region based in New York City. Mr. Bugg's telecommunications experience includes six years spent in various positions within Sprint. He joined Sprint prior to the launch of the New York City market working in the Northeast as District Director of Business Sales, Director of Retail Sales and Director of Marketing. Prior to joining Sprint he worked for Ameritech Consumer Services and Ameritech Cellular & Paging based out of Hoffman Estates, IL in corporate marketing management, on alternative distribution strategies, national account sales management and retail sales management. In addition, Mr. Bugg has also worked for United States Cellular in Indiana in a retail, indirect and business sales management role. Prior to joining United States Cellular, he previously worked as a general manager for an Indirect Five Star Agent for Ameritech in northern Indiana. Mr. Bugg is a graduate of The University of Evansville and while attending The University of Evansville studied abroad at Harlaxton College in England.

Eve Trkla has served as a Director of ObjectFX since November 2000. She is Senior Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Brookwood Financial Partners, L.P. Ms. Trkla's experience includes eight years as a lender at The First National Bank of Boston and one year as the Senior Credit Officer at The First National Bank of Ipswich. At The First National Bank of Boston, Ms. Trkla developed a specialty in acquisition finance. She analyzed, structured and subsequently managed over $1 billion of senior and subordinated debt instruments. At The First National Bank of Ipswich, she created and managed the credit administration function for this $130 million community bank. Ms. Trkla also serves as a director of UbiquiTel Inc. (NASDAQ: UPCS), a Sprint PCS affiliate, and New World Coffee - Manhattan Bagel, Inc. (NASDAQ: NWCI), one of the largest franchisers of coffee bars and bagel bakeries in the United States. Ms. Trkla is a cum laude graduate of Princeton University.
