Ultra Clean Technology

Before joining Ultra Clean, Sexton was Corporate Controller of Credence Systems Corporation, a manufacturer of test equipment and diagnostics and failure analysis products used for testing semiconductor integrated circuits. Prior to Credence, he was Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of NPTest, where he managed the company's spin off from its parent Schlumberger, its IPO, and subsequent sale to Credence. Prior to NPTest, Sexton was Worldwide Controller for Schlumberger Resource Management Services, (now Actaris Metering Systems). Sexton joined Schlumberger in 1990, prior to which he was a plant operations controller for Texas Instruments. Jack Sexton holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, in finance and accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Bruce Wier is the Vice President of Engineering for Ultra Clean Technology. He joined UCT as the Director of Design Engineering in 1997. He is responsible for all of UCT's design engineering, documentation, and new product design activity. Bruce is a veteran in the semiconductor capital equipment industry; prior to joining UCT, he was the engineering manager for Lam Research, Oxide Etch Business Unit. His experience also includes engineering management positions at Genus, Varian Associates and Eaton Corporation. Bruce holds a bachelor's degree cum laude in mechanical engineering from Syracuse University.

Mr. Bachman is a private investor and the Managing Partner of River Farm LLC. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Bachman served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Axcelis Technologies, which produces equipment used in the fabrication of semiconductors. Mr. Bachman also serves as a director of Keithley Instruments, Trident Microsystems Inc. and Ultra Clean Technology.

Leonid Mezhvinsky has served as our President since June 2006 following our acquisition of Sieger Engineering, Inc. and as a director since February 2007. He has more than two decades of management experience and in depth knowledge of machine shop, electro mechanical assemblies and system integration utilized in semiconductor, medical and biotech OEM products. Prior to joining Ultra Clean, Mr. Mezhvinsky was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sieger Engineering, Inc. which he joined in 1982. Mr. Mezhvinsky holds the equivalent of a bachelor of science in Industrial Automation from College of Industrial Automation, Odessa, Ukraine.

Sue Billat has served as a director of Ultra Clean since March 2004. Ms. Billat has been a principal at Benchmark Strategies, which she founded in 1990, since 2002. Prior to that, she was a Managing Director and senior research analyst for semiconductor equipment and foundries at Robertson Stephens & Company from 1996 to 2002 and senior vice president of marketing for Ultratech Stepper from 1994 to 1996. Ms. Billat is on the board of directors of PDF Solutions. Ms. Billat holds a bachelor of science degree and masters in physics from Georgia Tech and completed further graduate studies in electrical engineering and engineering management at Stanford University.

Thomas Rohrs was appointed as a Director of the Company in December 2004. He became Chairman of the Board and CEO in April 2006 and in February 2009 he became Executive Chairman of the Board. Mr. Rohrs presently serves on the board of Magna Design Automation, Inc., Ultraclean Technologies, and several private companies. In addition, he is an adviser and consultant to a number of companies both public and private. Mr. Rohrs spent five years with Applied Materials Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, and was also a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Prior to that, he held executive positions with Silicon Graphics, MIPS Computer Systems and Hewlett-Packard Company’s Personal Computer Group. Mr. Rohrs holds a masters degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Notre Dame Unitversity.
