Mr. Baudu is responsible for the definition and specification of software architecture across the United Devices product portfolio and ensuring that the technical strategy is consistent with United Devices' business objectives. Mr. Baudu brings over 20 years of experience in software research, design, development and management. Mr. Baudu was the co-founder of the grid and meta-scheduling software company GridXpert, acquired by United Devices in August 2005. Before co-founding GridXpert, Mr. Baudu created and headed the 40 people R&D team at iMediation. In 1996 Mr. Baudu founded Netaway, a software company specializing in XML products. In 1993 Mr. Baudu became Project Director in charge of the network activity in the Advanced Projects Department of Oracle. Mr. Baudu began his career as a software engineer with Sema Group. He has taught Web technologies and e-commerce at Leonard de Vinci University in France and is the co-author of three patents on collaborative commerce on the Internet. Mr. Baudu received his engineering degree from the cole Catholique des Arts et Metiers in France and a post-graduate Degree in Communication Systems Engineering from the cole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications.

Jack Angelo is responsible for the customization and delivery of the entire suite of UD solutions that support the company's largest clients on a worldwide basis. From the beginning of the sales cycle through the completion of deployment, Jack's organization is involved in ensuring each client engagement results in the best possible return on investment. Jack manages a Professional Services team based in Austin and a field based force located throughout the US and Europe. Jack brings more than 28 years of demonstrated success in solutions consulting, business development, systems engineering, and sales. Prior to taking on the role of Vice President, Solutions Delivery, Jack was the VP of Customer Engineering and Support at United Devices. In that role, Jack led the entry of United Devices into the Manufacturing and Energy market segments among others. In that role he managed a worldwide organization of systems consultants, built and managed the Dell Centers of Excellence, and oversaw the management of various other support organizations in the Dell Server business unit. Previously, Jack was a senior principal consultant within IBM IGS where he built a European-based Business Intelligence consulting practice He also worked for AT&T Global Information Systems and NCR where he served as director of Professional Services, Europe, and as the director of High-end server and TeraData database systems Product Marketing, Europe Group. Mr. Angelo graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with an M.S. in Computer Science and Villanova University with a B.S. in Accounting.

Thomas Wasserman has served as a director since August 2005.
