"Dr. Alexis C. Livanos is corporate vice president and chief technology officer for Northrop Grumman.
In this transformational role, he is responsible for leading the company’s development of cutting-edge technologies to insert in new systems that address the evolving requirements. He also serves on the company’s corporate policy council.
Prior to this role, Livanos was corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman Space Technology, responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the sector, which developed a broad range of systems at the leading edge of space, defense, and electronics technology.
Prior to that, Livanos served as sector vice president and general manager for two divisions within the company’s Electronic Systems sector, the Systems Development and Technology and Space Sensors Division.
Before joining Northrop Grumman in 2003, Livanos served as executive vice president of Boeing Satellite Systems, where he was responsible for technology, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, and strategic relationships and ventures. He also served as deputy general manager for the former TRW Electronic Systems and Technology Division and later as executive vice president of operations for Space Systems/Loral, driving the development of high-power, high-performance satellites. During his career, Livanos has participated in the successful launch of 45 satellites and has more than 30 years experience in research and applications in the fields of microelectronics, solid-state physics, electro-optics and signal processing.
Livanos earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in engineering science, and a Ph.D. in engineering science and physics from the California Institute of Technology. He also taught applied physics at Caltech for two years as a post-doctorate fellow.
In 2008, Livanos was inducted into the National Academy of Engineering. That year he also received the Caltech Distinguished Alumni Award, the International von Karman Wings Award from the Aerospace Historical Society, and the IS Executive Leadership Award given by the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is a fellow of the California Council on Science & Technology and chaired its task force on the best and brightest. He is chairman of the Science Advisory Council for GALCIT, a member of the Visiting Committee for Caltech’s Division of Engineering and Applied Science. He is on the Board of Councilors for the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering and he serves on the UCLA Visiting Committee for Science and Technology. Livanos is a member of the IEEE and AFCEA, and an associate fellow of the AIAA and on the Board of Directors for the Space Foundation and the National Defense Industrial Association where he also serves as the Chairman of the Intel Committee.

"Ian V. Ziskin is corporate vice president of chief human resources and administrative officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation.
He is responsible for human resources (HR) strategy, compensation, benefits, HR information systems, employee and labor relations, learning and development, talent management/succession planning, talent acquisition, organization effectiveness and change management, process excellence, acquisition integration, security. He also has dotted line oversight for HR operations across seven operating sectors as well as functions including environmental, health, safety, real estate and facilities, travel services, command media, flight operations, ethics and diversity, community relations, and the Northrop Grumman Foundation. Ziskin is a member of the corporate policy council.
Ziskin has 26 years of human resources and leadership experience, including more than 18 years with TRW, one of Northrop Grumman’s heritage companies. Most recently, he has served as corporate vice president, human resources and leadership strategy for the company, executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Qwest Communications, and president and founder of Executive Excellence Group, a firm that builds executive and organizational credibility.
During his career, Ziskin has had responsibility for all aspects of human resources at the corporate, sector, operating unit and staff levels. His experience includes the aerospace and defense, automotive, electronic components, information services and telecommunications industries, in both service and manufacturing environments, in more than 25 countries in North America, South America, Europe and Asia/Pacific. He has led large-scale organizational changes, including four multi-billion dollar acquisition integrations in three separate companies.
Ziskin has been a speaker and author in areas that include acquisition integration, executive compensation, globalization, HR strategies and competencies and leadership/talent development. He earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Binghamton University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. He is also a graduate of executive human resources programs at the University of Michigan and Cornell University, as well as general management experiences including the Thunderbird Global Leadership Program, TRW’s Advanced Management and Business Leadership Programs, and LEAD1NG One Northrop Grumman where he also serves as a faculty member and program leader. Ziskin is a board member or participant in multiple professional organizations, including the HR Policy Association, the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California, the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University and HR50. In 2007, he was elected a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources – one of only 30 current Chief Human Resources Officers to receive this recognition, which is considered to be the highest honor in the Human Resources profession.

Dr. Wei-Min Shen is a Computer Science Research Assistant Professor at University of Southern California and a Project Leader and Senior Research Scientist at the Information Science Institute. He received his Ph.D. from the Computer Science Department at Carnegie-Mellon University in 1989 on the subject of Autonomous Learning and Discovery. Dr. Shen received his B.S. degree with High Honors in 1982 in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Jiao-Tong University, Beijing, China, where he completed a 4 year program in 3 years. In 1983, he entered the Chinese Academy of Sciences/Automation Institute as the first-place student in a nation-wide entrance examination. Dr. Shen's current research interests include Self-Reconfigurable Robots, Autonomous Learning Agents, Multi-agent Systems, Data Mining, and Philosophy of Sciences. He is the author of a book, Autonomous Learning from the Environment, (Computer Science Press, 1994) and about 60 technical papers in journals and conferences. He holds three pending patents along with his colleagues in Robotics and Complex Systems. Dr. Shen is the recipient of a 1996 AAAI Robotics Competition Silver Medal Award, a 1997 RoboCup World Championship Award, and a 1997 Meritorious Service Award at USC/ISI. Dr. Shen is an enthusiastic fan and practitioner of Yan Xin Qigong, a traditional Chinese Philosophy/Art/Practice Method for health, happiness, career and longevity.

From October 1984 to April 1992, Mr. Diller served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fox, Inc. and was responsible for the creation of Fox Broadcasting Company in addition to Fox's motion picture operations.
Before joining Fox, Mr. Diller served for ten years as the Chairman and Chief Executive of Paramount Pictures Corporation. In March 1983, in addition to Paramount, Mr. Diller became President of the conglomerate's newly formed Entertainment and Communications Group, which included Simon & Schuster, Inc., Madison Square Garden Corporation and SEGA Enterprises, Inc. Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Diller served as Vice President of Prime Time Television for ABC Entertainment.
Mr. Diller was born in San Francisco and raised in Beverly Hills. He serves on the boards of The Washington Post Company and the Coca-Cola Company. Janine has been a part-time faculty member at both the University of Miami and the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication. She has also developed online training programs for the Western Knight Center, a joint project of USC and UC Berkeley funded by the Knight Foundation. Janine has extensive Internet experience working on large and small Web sites. From 1994 to 1998, she ran Visiontec Communications, a Web design business in Northern California, where she worked for a diverse group of clients including Levi Strauss & Co., AirTouch International, Beth's Desserts, and many other small and medium-size businesses. In 1998, she joined The Miami Herald as their Online Managing Editor. A year later, she was promoted to Director of New Media and managed a team of designers, programmers, journalists, and marketing staff who produced the Web sites for The Miami Herald, El Nuevo Herald, and Miami.com. She left that position to serve as Director of Latin American Operations for CNET Networks, an international technology media company.

Henry Gluck (Independent Director) has served as Director since August 2003 and has served on the Audit Committee since March 2004. Mr. Gluck serves on the Board of Trustees of Andrus Gerontology Center at the University of Southern California and co-chairs the Board of Advisors of the UCLA Medical Center. Mr. Gluck served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Caesars' World from 1983 until 1995. While serving in this position, Mr. Gluck negotiated the sale of Caesars' World to ITT Corp. and remained as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, joining the Board of Directors of ITT Corp. Adam Milstein has been involved in real estate since 1983 and has acquired more than 3,000 apartment units and almost 10 million square feet of industrial and commercial properties during his career. Mr. Milstein holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and as a managing partner, he is responsible for financing, disposition, and property management.

Andrei Bulawka attended Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communication where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Television/Radio/Film production. After graduating, Andrei took a job in Cologne Germany where he worked for Deutsche Welle, Germany's International Broadcaster. While at Deutsche Welle, Andrei produced classical music radio programs such as Concert Hour with NPR's Martin Goldsmith, as well as the Bayreuth Opera Festival and the Deutsche Welle festival concerts, all distributed over the WFMT Fine Arts Network in Chicago. Returning to the United States, Andrei settled in Southern California where he worked for Genex in Culver City. While at Genex, Andrei helped develop, implement, and test corporate websites such as Acura.com, and the WB.com. Currently, he is a production specialist at the University of Southern California Distance Education Network, where he produces, edits, and encodes concert, lectures, and special events. Andrei is currently in post-production of the independent short film, Mardi Gras Massacre. He is a devoted Washington Capitals fan and a Los Angeles Kings convert.
David S. Brown is Co-President of Grand Pacific Resorts and its affiliated companies. Mr. Brown oversees all resort operations, and co-manages development, sales and marketing functions with his business partner of fifteen years, Timothy Stripe. Together Mr. Brown and Mr. Stripe have developed and manage fourteen timeshare resorts and hotels in California, comprising over 1,000 units serving 40,000 timeshare owners. Prior to co-founding Grand Pacific Resorts in 1989, Mr. Brown served as general counsel to Vistana Resort in Orlando, Florida, and as an executive with Shell/Winners Circle Resorts in Del Mar, California. Mr. Brown serves as chairman of the California Chapter of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), and sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of ARDA, the Washington, D.C.-based trade association representing the timeshare industry, assisting in legislation and regulation of the timeshare industry at the state and federal levels. Brown is an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, teaching in the Masters of Real Estate Development program, and is a member of the Young President's Organization (YPO). Mr. Brown graduated from Columbia College in New York City in 1976, and the University of Virginia School of Law in 1979. He lives with his four children in San Diego.
Dr. Bekey is Professor Emeritus of Computer Science at the University of Southern California and an Adjunct Professor of Engineering at California Polytechnic University (Cal Poly) in San Luis Obispo. He is an expert in robotics and artificial intelligence. George has worked for Beckman Instruments and TRW.

Dr. Stimmel is Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Psychiatry at the University of Southern California Schools of Pharmacy and Medicine in Los Angeles. He is a board certified psychiatric pharmacist (BCPP). He received a PharmD from the University of California San Francisco in 1972, and completed a one-year residency at Langley Porter Neuropsychiatric Institute in San Francisco. He is a founding member of the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists. He is a founding member, elected fellow, and Past President of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and an original member and past Chair of the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties' Specialty Council on Psychiatric Pharmacy Practice. Dr. Stimmel has served on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, and as Vice-chair of ASHP's Commission on Therapeutics. Dr. Stimmel has authored over 180 articles and textbook chapters in the areas of clinical psychopharmacology, expanded scope of practice for pharmacists, and pharmacoeconomics of psychotropic drugs. He pioneered efforts in developing psychiatric pharmacy practice, education and residency programs, as well as investigating and securing prescriptive authority for pharmacists. Dr. Stimmel has conducted, presented, and published pharmacoeconomic studies of psychotropic medication since 1990. He recently completed a sabbatical leave conducting studies to improve psychiatric medication use in primary care settings. He received the ACCP Clinical Practice Award in 1991 and the first Judith Saklad Memorial Lecture Award from CPNP in 1998. Dr. Stimmel maintains an active clinical practice at LAC/USC Primary Care Clinics (geriatrics and rheumatology), providing psychopharmacology consultation services, and teaches clinical psychopharmacology in the Schools of Pharmacy and Medicine.

Greg L. Drevenstedt is principal of Valmont Research LLC. He has been managing research projects, publishing articles, and giving presentations for over a decade. Born in Nashville, Greg lived in the Southeast most of his life. He spent seven years in Philadelphia earning his PhD in Demography and Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and working as a project manager for National Analysts, Inc., a premier market research firm renowned for state-of-the-art data collection and analysis. In 2003, Greg moved to New Orleans and launched Valmont Research. In 2006, Greg relocated to Los Angeles. In addition to managing Valmont Research, he is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Andrus Gerontology Center at the University of Southern California. Greg's research and project management experience includes quantitative and qualitative research projects for many leading national and multinational companies. His work has addressed numerous market research issues, including concept testing, market segmentation, and trade-off analysis. In addition to gaining insight in various industries, Greg gained expertise developing effective online surveys and conducting in-depth interviews. In addition to his PhD, Greg has a BA from the University of Florida. His recent author credits include articles for Orthodontic Products, JADA The Journal of the American Dental Association, The Blair-McGill Advisory, Dental Practice Report, and Trojan Today. He is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee for Dental Practice Report.

Professor Hugh H. Hurt, Jr. is the faculty member at the University of Southern California responsible for the development of the Head Protection Research Laboratory. In addition to research in motorcycle accidents, his research included bicycle accidents, many areas of motor vehicle accident reconstruction, as well as aircraft accident investigation and analysis. His teaching areas included scientific accident investigation methodology, structural safety and failure analysis, aerospace structural analysis, airplane aerodynamics and flight performance. Professor Hurt's publications include airplane and helicopter aerodynamics, structures and failure analysis, reconstruction and analysis of motorcycle accidents, and accident performance of various types of helmets. In addition to his teaching and research at the University of Southern California, Professor Hurt is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of California, and has served as a consultant and expert witness in aviation and motor vehicle law suit cases since the 1950's. His research and teaching experience at the University of Southern California has covered almost fifty years in engineering and safety science. With retirement in 1998, he was confirmed as Emeritus Professor of Safety Science.

Joy Hawkins is the principal in a Los Angeles, California based consulting firm. With over 25 years in organization consulting, training and human resources management, Joy combines in depth knowledge with practical experience in planning, designing and facilitating change processes and working with organization systems. Joy's areas of specialization include organization development, change management, team development, diversity processes, strategic planning and executive/management coaching. Prior to starting her consulting practice, Joy held management and internal consulting positions with two Fortune 500 corporations. Among Kate's credits are the documentaries Into The Arms of Strangers: Stories of the Kindertransport, The Long Way Home, Skinheads, USA, The Girl Next Door and Pandemic: Facing AIDS. Her work has appeared on PBS, HBO, NBC, Lifetime, the History Channel and the Sundance Channel. Kate is also an administrator and historian for Judy Chicago's monumental art exhibit The Dinner Party, and has produced several videos about Chicago's art, including From Darkness into Light, Creating the Holocaust Project. She holds degrees from San Francisco State University and the University of California, Berkeley, and is an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California.
Retired as Senior Partner and Chairman, Executive Committee of Southern California, of the public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche in 1992, Mr. Renken currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California and as a director of East West Bank.
Kenneth F. Hall, Founder and Chairman Emeritus, started School Services of California, Inc., (SSC), in 1975 in a one-room Sacramento office and led the company through its first 25 years as President and the next five years as its Chairman of the Board. Today, SSC serves virtually all 1,050 California school districts and county offices and numerous education associations in its areas of specialty: public education management, finance and governance, State Capitol legislative assistance, collective bargaining and factfinding assistance, and school executive training. Ken continues to serve numerous SSC clients, but is also Executive in Residence at the University of Southern California. As a member of the faculty of the Roosier School of Education, he co-directs the University's School Business Management Program training school executives to be Chief Business Officials. Ken is well known for his personal expertise in school management, business, public finance, and collective bargaining. He is author of many articles on school finance and budget ing, has written numerous workshop curricula aimed at serving California superintendents and school board members, and has served as an expert court witness on numerous legal debates. He has negotiated hundreds of collective bargaining agreements and served on about 75 factfinding panels. He has been a keynote speaker for almost every education management organization in California, has made hundreds of presentations to education audiences, and has been a lecturer to more than 20,000 California school executives at SSC's annual School Finance Conferences. On behalf of the State Legislature, Ken has been Chairman of the Working Group on Finance and Facilities for the Master Plan for Education. He serves on numerous boards, including the University of Redlands Board of Trustees, the San Juan Unified School District Bond Oversight Committee, the Center for Youth Citizenship, and the education advisory committee of the Public Policy Institute of California. Ken served in major state positions in both the legislative and executive branches throughout the 1960s and early 1970s. In his last state responsibility, he served as Chief Deputy Director of the Department of Finance (1971-1974) for the state of California, where he shared responsibility for state expenditures, revenues, and general state fiscal policy. During those years, he was chief architect for California's major school finance bills, including designing California's revenue limit, which is the current core funding base for California public education. Ken is a native Californian who was raised in Pasadena and graduated from Pasadena public schools. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Government from the University of Redlands and a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California. Ken and his wife Lynn have two daughters an emergency room physician in Santa Monica and a school counselor in San Juan Unified School District.

Kris Cannon implements and manages TWC Aviation's comprehensive safety and security programs. He is also our liaison with the TSA, NTSB, and other governmental safety agencies. Before joining TWC Aviation, Kris worked as a pilot, flight coordinator, and safety officer in the private jet charter industry. He is a certified Emergency Medical Technician, and served for 13 years as a police officer in Southern California. Kris is an instructor with the University of Southern California's Aviation Security Program and a graduate of the USC Aviation Safety Program. He is also a commercial pilot flying Lear Jets.

Peter has been successfully managing companies since 1968, when he started American Analysis Corp. Since that time he has lead two other thriving start up operations, as well as head a successful turnaround project. He has provided detailed consulting services for large business and government clients. He has been a member of the faculty at University of California - Berkeley and University of Southern California and was a pioneer in using technology for self-paced, mastery learning. Peter has over twenty years experience in all aspects of human performance improvement. With years of broad business and management experience, he has been tapped on two separate occasions to be CEO and once to lead a struggling company through a successful turnaround effort.
Dr. Greaney is the company president and CEO of WorkCare. He is board-certified in occupational medicine and family practice and is a specialist in toxicology. He has been formally trained in the specialty of occupational and environmental medicine at the Southern Occupational Health Center at the University of California, Irvine, where he is currently a faculty member. He is also on the clinical faculty of the University of Southern California. Dr. Greaney has designed occupational medicine programs for a variety of companies and serves as a corporate medical director consultant to numerous national companies, ranging from biotechnology, environmental engineering, and pharmaceuticals to specialty chemical and utility companies. His service includes providing consultation in occupational medicine/toxicology, assessing potential onsite health risks, implementation of federal drug abuse detection programs and multi-site medical surveillance programs. In 2004, Dr. Greaney was one of 10 participants selected out of a pool of almost 200 applicants to present at a NIOSH symposium, Steps to a Healthier US Workforce. This event was aimed at discussing how employer best practices can integrate individual worker health and healthy lifestyle promotion with protecting and improving working conditions. At the event, Dr. Greaney presented the paper, "Bridging the Gap Between Occupational and Non-occupational Medicine Practices to Improve Employee Health." In November 2001, Dr. Greaney was recognized by NIOSH at a national workshop on Best Practices in Workplace Surveillance. He co-authored the case study "A Model Medical Surveillance Program For Persons in Hazardous Waste Operations" which demonstrates the impact of elevating medical monitoring programs to a best practice level. Another accomplishment is his election in 2002 as the Speaker of the House of Delegates for the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, an international medical society of more than 6,000 occupational and environmental physicians.

Peter S. Conti, M.D., Ph.D. Chairman Dr. Peter Conti, M.D., Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Radiology, Clinical Pharmacy and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southern California, as well as Director of the USC Positron Imaging Science Center and Clinic. Dr. Conti received his medical degree from Cornell University and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and Fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institution. Dr. Conti is Board Certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Conti currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Molecular Imaging (AMI) and is President Elect of the Society of Nuclear Medicine (SNM). Dr. Conti also serves on a number of committees for the SNM and AMI in government and regulatory affairs, with efforts primarily focused on development of the PET technology and its applications in medicine.

Sue Bowles is ACS' Regional Operations Manager for Southern California. Sue has over 20 years of healthcare management experience. Sue has previously served as Executive Director of Gift Services at UCLA and manager of outpatient therapy services at Cedars Sinai Health System. At Cedars, in addition to supervising therapy services, Sue successfully developed a number of specialty programs, including cancer rehab, lymphedema, urinary incontinence, voice center, ergonomics and return to work evaluations, and driving and community re-entry programs. Sue has also served on the faculty of Mt. St. Mary's College in Los Angeles and is a regular guest lecturer at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Dr. Thomas Watson has been a leading cardiologist in the Santa Barbara community for the past 20 years. A native of Hollywood, Florida, Watson earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Tulane University, later receiving his medical degree from its School of Medicine. This was followed by an internship and internal medicine residency at Letterman Army Medical Center, Presidio of San Francisco, where he subsequently completed a fellowship in cardiology. Watson then spent two years at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington, as staff cardiologist and director of the non-invasive laboratory, before returning to Letterman where, over a period of three years, he was director of the cardiac care unit and inpatient service, and later director of the cardiac catheterization laboratory. During this time, he also served as assistant professor of medicine for the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Washington, DC. Watson first joined the medical staff at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in 1984 when he moved to the area as a cardiologist for what is now Sansum-Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic. Since 1985, he has been assistant clinical professor of medicine for the University of Southern California, and since 1990 has served as director of the cardiac catheterization laboratory at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. Board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and interventional cardiology, Watson has published and presented widely in the cardiology field, and has been involved in a number of clinical trials related to heart disease. He is a past president of the Santa Barbara Chapter of the American Heart Association.

Bill is an historian specializing in 19th and 20th-century California and the West. Bill has published eight books that include, with Greg Hise, "Eden by Design: The 1930 Olmsted/Bartholomew Plan for Los Angles." He is is Professor of History at the University of Southern California at Los Angeles and Director of the newly established Huntington-USC Institute on California and the West. The Institute focuses on graduate education in the history and culture of California and the West, partnerships forged with the K-12 educational community, and a series of thematic working groups designed to explore contemporary and historical issues of importance in the region. Bill has a PhD and MA from Princeton and an AB from Stanford.
William E.B. Siart founded ExED in 1998, following his final candidacy for Superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District. Mr. Siart is the former chairman and chief executive officer of First Interstate Bancorp, a $60 billion banking company with over 40,000 employees in 13 western states. A nationally recognized business leader, he was selected "Business Person of the Year" by Business Week and is a well-regarded civic leader in Los Angeles devoted to local education reform. Prior to ExED incorporating as a nonprofit in 1999, Mr. Siart funded a staff of three to thoroughly research the revenue and expense structure of public schools and best practices in education. Mr. Siart is active in many community organizations. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern California, The J. Paul Getty Trust, and Camino Nuevo Charter Academy. Mr. Siart earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in economics from Santa Clara University.
Zoltan C. Mester, Ph.D., Senior Environmental Consultant, is President of ZKM consulting. He has more than 25 years of experience in the chemical and refining industries. Since 1985, he has been involved in a variety of projects aimed at solving air, soil, and groundwater pollution problems for manufacturing and service companies. Mester s strong background in air quality includes permitting, Best Available Control Technology (BACT), Lowest Achievable Emission Reduction evaluations, and source testing. He is the author of a range of publications and the inventor on four US Patents. He is a frequent lecturer at the University of Southern California and a speaker at conferences in the US and Hungary. He utilizes his network of contacts in Eastern Europe to help clients to develop markets for technology products in the region.

Guy Johnson is the CEO of REIT Capital Solutions, LLC. In addition to his responsibilities at RCS. Guy is founder of Johnson Capital, a real estate advisory firm specializing in capital transactions including mezzanine capital, joint venture equity structured debt, bridge capital and senior debt.
