Mr. Myers has over 30 years of commercial finance and investment experience. Mr. Myers directs the research and investment activities of Capitaline. Before joining Capitaline, Mr. Myers directed merger and acquisition activities at First Midwest Financial ("FMF") in Storm Lake, Iowa. Prior to FMF, he was President of Brookings Federal Bank which he took public and subsequently negotiated its sale to FMF. Mr. Myers has also been Trust Department Head at First National Bank in Brookings, South Dakota and VP Trust Officer at First Trust Company in York, Nebraska where he built key client relationships and was responsible for investment management activities. Mr. Myers is a past director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Iowa, and currently serves on the board of directors of three ethanol plants, Western Wisconsin Energy, Bushmills Ethanol, LLC, and Amaizing Energy, LLC. Mr. Myers also serves on several community, non-profit and church boards. Mr. Myers is currently the Secretary of the Brookings Utility Board and is a Board Member of the East Central Multi District Advisory Board, Junior Achievement, and St. Thomas More Finance Committee. Mr. Myers received his B.S. in Business Management from the University of South Dakota . He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas .

Jim Morgan was named chief executive officer of Daktronics in November 2001. Morgan had assumed the role of president and chief operating officer in August 1999. Morgan has been with the company since its early beginnings, having joined Daktronics in 1970 while a graduate student obtaining his master's degree in electrical engineering at South Dakota State University in Brookings, S.D Morgan led Daktronics' engineering department from 1971 until his appointment as president in 1999. He was promoted to vice president in 1976, and to executive vice president in 1996. Morgan was responsible for the design of the first Daktronics scoreboard, the Matside wrestling scoreboard, in 1971. He also led the design, manufacturing and installation of the first Daktronics swim timing system, a plant control system for a municipal water treatment plant, and the first Daktronics outdoor electronic message center. In 1980, Morgan was project engineer for Daktronics' first major involvement in an Olympic event, the 1980 Olympic Winter Games held in Lake Placid, N.Y. This included managing Daktronics venue support during the event. Morgan has also been responsible for the design and installation of numerous voting systems for state legislatures and other legislative bodies. Morgan lead the Daktronics engineering team from its infancy to its current status supporting four major product families each with its own autonomous development group. This engineering capability allows Daktronics to offer the broadest and most comprehensive product line in the industry today.

"Jay Debertin is executive vice president and chief operating officer, Processing, for CHS, a diversified energy, grains and foods company based in St. Paul, Minn. Debertin joined CHS in 1984 in its petroleum division and held a variety of positions in its energy marketing operations. He was named vice president, Crude Oil Supply, in 1998 working from the company’s Denver, Colo., office. In 2001, he returned to St. Paul, Minn., with responsibilities including raw material supply, refining, pipelines and terminals, trading and risk management, and transportation. Debertin was named to his current position in 2005 and is responsible for the company’s oilseed processing operations, as well as its joint venture relationships in wheat milling through Horizon Milling, LLC, and vegetable oil-based foods through Ventura Foods, LLC. He also is responsible for CHS strategic direction in renewable fuels. Debertin also serves on the boards of directors of the National Cooperative Refinery Association, Horizon Milling and Ventura Foods, LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Dakota and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from The University of Wisconsin – Madison."
