Dr. Roger Radke was appointed President and CEO, Chief Executive Officer, of Siemens Water Technologies in December 2004, after having served as Chief Operating Officer of USFilter during the Siemens integration process. Dr. Radke has played integral roles within Siemens since 1989. Most recently, he served as President of Siemens Audiologische Technik GmbH, which is headquartered in Erlangen, Germany and is the world leader in manufacturing and sales of hearing aid instruments. Dr. Radke attended the University of Munster in Munster, Germany, where he received a Master of Science Degree in Chemistry in 1987 and a Ph.D. in 1990. He is located at the Siemens Water Technologies corporate headquarters at 181 Thorn Hill Road., Warrendale, PA 15086.

Chris Dunkerley was appointed to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Water Technologies in August 2004.

Hollister has been with USFilter since 1994, and has held several positions within USFilter and its affiliated companies including Chief Information Officer positions with USF International and Vivendi Water Systems.

Charles Gordon was appointed Executive Vice President of the Siemens Water Technologies Water & Wastewater Systems Group in October, 2005. Previously he served as President of the USFilter Water & Wastewater Services and Products Group from October 2003 - 2005. Gordon has been a member of the USFilter management team since the acquisition of Arrowhead Industrial Water in May, 1995. He has held positions in USFilter as Southern Regional Vice President and Senior Vice President of the Water Services & Products organization. Gordon received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota and completed a Masters of Business Administration at the Babcock School of Wake Forest University. Between receiving his M.B.A. and joining USFilter, Gordon held several financial and marketing management positions within the BFGoodrich Corporation. Kevin Trant was appointed Executive Vice President of the Siemens Water Technologies Water & Wastewater Services & Products Group in October, 2005. Trant has been a member of the USFilter management team since 1988, and led USFilter's $115M Hydrocarbon Group as its General Manager from 2002 through October 2005. Prior to that he held several positions within USFilter including VP and Business Director for the Water S&P Group, Southeast Business Unit Manager for the Water S&P Group, and Manager of Business Integration for the Process Water Group. Trant received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Science and Mathematics in 1985 from Colby College in Maine, and completed his MBA at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell in 1995. Lori Conen was appointed to Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Siemens Water Technologies in August 2004. Conen has been part of the Siemens organization since 1988. Conen has held several human resources and employee relations positions throughout her tenure with Siemens including a number of years as Vice President, Human Resources of Siemens Automation Corporation. Her most recent position was Senior Director of Executive Development and Leadership for Siemens Corporation. Conen earned a BA in Psychology from the

Greg Gross was appointed Senior Vice President of Sourcing for Siemens Water Technologies in July, 2003. Gross joined USFilter's procurement department in June, 2000 and he has directed sourcing initiatives within the Process Water Group and the overall Systems Group. Prior to joining USFilter, Gross was Manager of Procurement for Glegg Water Conditioning for approximately 12 years.

James M. Force has managed the company's corporate communications program since October, 1999. He has responsibility for the company's external and internal communications programs, including press relations, marketing communications, electronic media and advertising. He joined USFilter in 1996 as Director of Marketing Communications for the company's rapidly growing Water and Wastewater Systems Group.

Fred W. Kile was appointed Vice President of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Compliance for Siemens Water Technologies in January 2001, after having served as Corporate Director of HSE since 1994. After joining USFilter in January, 1992, with the acquisition of Alcoa Separations Technology, Kile developed and integrated the safety and environmental management function for the company. He now has responsibility for managing the safety and environmental compliance of the USFilter operations, which includes nearly 6,000 employees. Kile received a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University. Prior to his employment with USFilter, Kile held positions in safety and environmental compliance with Alcoa Separations Technology and Illinois Water Treatment Company. Coach Rick Treleven. Rick and family (wife Lisa and 4 soccer playing children) have enjoyed living in WB for 11 years and has been an active advocate of community soccer. His coaching experience includes coaching grade school Basketball and YMCA soccer for over 10 years. In college he was a member of the UW-Madison's Club Crew (Rowing), and Cross Country Ski Teams. Professionally, Rick is an Environmental Engineer/ Product Manager for USFilter in Waukesha but is still passionate about sports during his free time?actively participating in basketball and a member of Hartford?s ?Over 30? soccer team. Rick's objectives include using his enthusiasm and coaching experience to help the U-14 young ladies reach their potential within the character building process this great team sport offers.

George W. Smith is director of new biological products at USFilter Envirex Products in Waukesha, WI. Smith joined USFilter in 1968 and specializes in the biological treatment of wastewater. He was deeply involved in the development of the Orbal oxidation system, the Vertical Loop Reactor and the VertiCel aeration process. Recently, he was instrumental in the introduction of the Cannibal solids reduction process. Smith has a B.S.C.E. in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, IN.

John Sheridan is product manager for biological processes at USFilter Envirex Products in Waukesha, WI. Sheridan joined USFilter in 1995, and has more than 10 years of experience in the water treatment industry. He has a M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
