Larry leads USi's worldwide sales and marketing organizations and has overall responsibility for sales, marketing, business development, sales engineering, partners, and resellers. Larry joined USi in September 2004 through the acquisition of Appshop, the leading provider of application outsourcing and professional services for the complete Oracle applications lifecycle. He joined Appshop in June 2002 as Vice President of Professional Services, was quickly promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales, and became the company's President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2003. During his tenure, Appshop quintupled bookings, improved revenue by nearly 60%, and developed a world-class offshore development and engineering facility in Bangalore, India.

Bill joined USi in April 1998 as the Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel. In May 2002, he was promoted to Senior Vice President. Bill is responsible for USi's legal affairs, serving as primary legal counsel to USi's senior leadership and board of directors. SUMATI SHARAN STEWART has been a Presidio Hill School parent for five years. She is the mother of Nichil in fifth grade and Brij in second grade.
