Gary L. Rogers retired as Vice Chairman of General Electric Company in 2003 having served in that capacity since 2001. Prior to that time he had been a Senior Vice President of GE, having been elected to that position in 1986.
Mr. Rogers was the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Plastics from 1992 to 2001. For the preceding two years he had been the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Appliances. He had begun his career with GE in 1966 as a member of the Financial Management Program and had advanced to Manager of Program and Staff Administration by 1976. Thereafter he had held positions of increasing responsibility in the financial and operational management of various divisions and subsidiaries of GE, including GE Lighting.

John P. (Jake) Mascotte is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City in which capacity he served between 1997 and 2001. Dr. Dolsten, previously was Executive Vice President within Pharmaceutical Research & Development/Medicine at Boehringer Ingelheim. He was responsible for leading the company’s worldwide pharmaceutical research in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Italy, Austria and Japan – with major programs in seven therapeutic areas including respiratory, inflammation/immunology, oncology, virology, cardiovascular, metabolism and CNS. Ivan Seidenberg is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Verizon. Under Seidenberg's leadership, Verizon has become a premier network company, providing customers with the most advanced and innovative broadband experiences. Seidenberg was instrumental in forming Verizon through a number of mergers and acquisitions, including Bell Atlantic and NYNEX (1997), GTE (2000) and MCI (2006). He also helped create what is now Verizon Wireless in 1999 by bringing together the assets of Bell Atlantic Mobile, GTE Wireless and the U.S. properties of Vodafone AirTouch. Seidenberg has led Verizon since its inception, first as co-CEO in 2000, then as sole CEO since 2002 and chairman of the board since 2004. Verizon now operates an advanced global Internet backbone, a premier national wireless network and with the company's deployment of its high-speed, fiber-optic FiOS technology a next-generation broadband network. Verizon's leadership in network innovation has earned the company numerous citations and awards, including being named to the BusinessWeek 50, which represents the "best in class" from each sector of the S&P 500. Prior to the creation of Verizon, Seidenberg was chairman and CEO of Bell Atlantic and NYNEX. He began his communications career more than 40 years ago as a cable splicer's assistant and has held numerous operations and engineering assignments, including various leadership positions at NYNEX and Bell Atlantic. Seidenberg has a long-standing commitment to education and has made Verizon a leader in finding innovative ways to use communications technology to improve educational and literacy performance in the U.S. He also champions diversity both within and outside the company, and under his leadership Verizon's commitment to diversity has been widely recognized.
Raymond McGuire is Citi's Head of Global Banking, based in New York. He has responsibility for managing the coverage of Global Industries and clients and executing strategic transactions. Mr. McGuire is a member of Citi's Institutional Clients Group Executive Committee and the Institutional Clients Group Business Practices Committee. He is also a member of Citi's Senior Leadership Committee. Prior to joining Citi, Mr. McGuire was the Global Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley; Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.; and one of the original members of Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. where he became a Partner/Managing Director in 1991. He started his career in 1984 in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of The First Boston Corporation.
Presently, Mr. McGuire serves on several boards including: De La Salle Academy (Chairman of the Board), FAPE ["Foundation for Art and Preservation in Embassies"] (Board Member), the Alex Hillman Family Foundation (Trustee), the International Center of Photography (formerly President of the Board), Lincoln Center (Trustee), New York-Presbyterian Hospital (Trustee), The New York Public Library (Trustee and member of the Executive Committee), the Studio Museum in Harlem (Chairman of the Board), Whitney Museum of American Art (Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Nominating Committee). He is also a Director of the Wyeth Corporation (Nominating & Governance Committee). In the past, he has served on the boards of the Joseph & Claire Flom Foundation, the Howard Gilman Foundation, the Hotchkiss School, and the San Remo Tenants' Corporation (formerly President of the Board). He has also served on various Visiting Committees at Harvard University, as well as a member of the Overseers/Directors Nominating Committee.
In April 2009, he was bestowed the Humanitarian Leadership Award from CUP ("Council of Urban Professionals"). In February 2009, he was featured in Black Enterprise Magazine as on of the "100 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America". In May 2008, he was presented the Frederick Douglas Award by the New York Urban League. In April 2008, he was inducted by Morehouse College as one of the inaugural members of the Martin Luther King, Jr. International Board of Renaissance Leaders. In October 2006, he was featured on the cover of Black Enterprise Magazine as one of the most powerful Blacks on Wall Street. He was recognized by Avenue Magazine as on of New York's "50 Smartest".
Mr. McGuire has been honored by the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Art for Life Foundation. Pratt Institute honored him as its inaugural distinguished "Patron of the Arts". He has also been honored with Harvard Business School's African-American Student Union's Professional Achievement Award, has presented at Harvard Law School's Traphagen Distinguished Alumni Speaker Series and emceed the first Harvard College Black Alumni Weekend.
He received his MBA and JD from Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School (1984), and an AB, cum laude, from Harvard College (1979). He also attended the University of Nice, France while on a Rotary Fellowship (1980). He has had legal experience at the law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom as well as Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler.

Mr. Landry began his career at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 1988. In 2004, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in Australia and New Zealand. In 2006, he was promoted to Director, Sales and Marketing, Wyeth Australia.

Robert M. Amen was elected Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IFF on July 1, 2006. Mr. Amen most recently served as President of International Paper Company, retiring from that post in March 2006.
During his 26 years with International Paper, Mr. Amen played a major role in developing the company’s international strategy and, more recently, in transforming the company’s operations and business focus to accelerate performance. He was named president of International Paper in 2003, having previously served as executive vice president of the company from 2000-2003 and president of International Paper Europe from 1996-2000.
He is currently a member of the Wyeth Board of Directors, and sits on the Advisory Board of the Deming Center at Columbia University. In addition, he is a member of the Board of the Inner City Scholarship Fund and the Personal Care Products Council. He also serves on the Leadership Committee of the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund. Mr. Amen is a Knight of Malta.
Mr. Amen has a bachelor's degree in economics from Boston College and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia University.

Mr. Ganzi has been a director of the Company and chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board since 1999. He was named to the Compensation Committee in 2008. Mr. Ganzi served as a director of Olsten Corporation from 1998 to 2000. He has been president and chief executive officer of The Hearst Corporation, a private diversified communications company with interests in magazine, newspaper and business publishing, television and radio stations and cable programming networks, since 2002. Mr. Ganzi served as Hearst's executive vice president from 1997 to 2002 and as its chief operating officer from 1998 to 2002. From 1992 to 1997, at various times, he served as Hearst's senior vice president, chief financial officer and chief legal officer. Mr. Ganzi is chairman of the board of directors of Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. He is a director of Wyeth.
