The company operates in four segments: Refined Product Terminals, Refined Product Pipelines, Crude Oil Pipelines, and Crude Oil Storage Tanks. It operates a network of about 8,400 miles of refined oil pipelines and almost 800 miles of crude oil pipelines. It offers storage and handling facilities for oil and chemicals, and delivers crude to refineries. It is a subsidiary of Valero Energy. The company has annual revenue of about $660 million and employs about 2,500 people. In 2005, it acquired Kaneb Services LLC And Kaneb Pipe Line Partners, L.P.
