Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PolyOne since February 2006. Mr. Newlin served as President - Industrial Sector of Ecolab, Inc., a global developer and marketer of cleaning and sanitizing specialty chemicals, products and services from 2003-2006. Mr. Newlin served as President and a director of Nalco Chemical Company, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, services and systems, from 1998-2001 and was Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman from 2000-2001. Mr. Newlin serves on the Boards of Directors of Black Hills Corporation and The Valspar Corporation.

Gerry is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire with a degree in Economics. He has held positions of Chief Internal Auditor of Valspar Corp., and VP & CFO of Lan-O-Sheen, Inc. He has established several corporations, including Oh-Dear Laboratories, Inc. and Gartech Computer Company. Since the acquisition of the Gartech Computer company by Galaxy Computer in 1994, have acted as an independent consultant to the computer industry. He joined BPSI in 1999 as a consultant in sales and has since become a full time employee, functioning in the position of General Manager.

Mr. Reyelts was elected a director of Winmark in May 2000. He served as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of The Valspar Corporation, a global leader in the coatings industry, from April 1982 until February 2008. He remains an Executive Vice President of The Valspar Corporation. In addition, Mr. Reyelts serves on the Board of Trustees of Minnesota Public Radio.

Donald A. Nolan is group vice president of Roll Materials for Avery Dennison Corporation, based in Mentor, Ohio. He was hired to his current position in March 2008. In his role, Mr. Nolan is responsible for defining and leading the execution of a comprehensive strategy to grow the market share and returns of the Roll Materials business. Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Mr. Nolan served as senior vice president of Global Packaging and Automotive Coatings for Valspar Corporation. Prior to Valspar, he worked at Loctite Corporation, Ashland Chemical Company and General Electric. Mr. Nolan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in materials and metallurgical engineering from the University of Michigan; a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.

Ms. Boren has been a Managing Partner Minneapolis office of SpencerStuart, an executive search firm, since May 1998. Ms. Boren is also a director of SpencerStuart.

Jon Perry is the current President of the Park Lawn Association Board of Directors. He is former Chairperson of the Ways and Means committee and a member of the Capital Campaign committee. He is the brother of David Perry who is a Park Lawn Services participant. David resides at Park Lawn Homes with 14 other residents. Jon is a life long Oak Lawn area native and has been affiliated with Park Lawn for over thirty-five years. Jon graduated from the University of Missouri ? Rolla in 1987 with a B.S. in Engineering Management and a minor in Mechanical Engineering. He went on to get an MBA in finance from St. Xavier University. For the last five years he has been working for the Valspar Corporation in Kankakee. Jon is an active member of his church, Pilgrim Faith United Church of Christ and serves on the stewardship committee there. Asked about being a board member, Jon states ?It is a privilege to be on the board. I want to thank Park Lawn for giving me the opportunity to serve and for allowing me to utilize my talents to make Park Lawn a stronger organization. We will continue to face many challenges and obstacles in the future. Mr. Bode retired as Partner from KPMG LLP in January 2005. Mr. Bode was elected to the partnership in 1981. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Bode served as a Global Lead Partner. Mr. Bode currently provides various consulting services to certain companies and organizations. Mr. Bode is also a director of Titan Machinery Inc.

Mr. Curler is Executive Chairman of the Company and was elected to that position in 2008. He is also our Chairman of the Board and has served in that position since 2005. He was President from 1996 to 2007, Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2008, and Chief Operating Officer from 1998 to 2000. From 1973 to 1996, he held various management, research and development, and operations positions within the Company. Mr. Curler is also a Director of Valspar Corporation. He is Chair of the Executive and Finance Committee.

Dr. Jemison is founder of BioSentient Corporation, a medical technology devices and services company focused on improving health and human performance through physiologic awareness and self-regulation. She is guiding the company in the design, development and marketing of leading-edge, NASA-patented ambulatory equipment that provides real-time, real-life physiologic monitoring and the means to control one's responses to their environment and stimuli. Dr. Jemison, the first woman of color to go into space, served six years as a NASA astronaut. She founded a technology consulting firm, The Jemison Group, and was an environmental studies professor at Dartmouth College, where she ran The Jemison Institute for Advancing Technologies in Developing Countries. A strong, committed national voice for science literacy, Dr. Jemison founded the international science camp The Earth We Share for students 12-16 years old, and serves as Bayer Corporation's national advocate for the Making Science Make Sense initiative. Before joining NASA, Dr. Jemison served as the Area Peace Corps Medical Officer for Sierra Leone and Liberia in West Africa, and practiced medicine in Los Angeles. She is a board member of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Scholastic, Inc. and Valspar Corporation, and an A.D. White Professor-at-Large at Cornell University. Dr. Jemison is a member of the Institute of Medicine, an inductee of the National Women's Hall of Fame and the National Medical Association Hall of Fame, and a winner of the Kilby Science Award. She majored in chemical engineering and African and Afro-American Studies as an undergraduate at Stanford, and received her medical degree from Cornell.
