Dr. Anthony Skjellum is Chief Software Architect for Verari Systems. Dr. Skjellum holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science, a MS in Chemical Engineering, and a BS in Physics, all from California Institute of Technology. Dr. Skjellum has manifested a long-term commitment to and has developed a research reputation for work in the area of message passing systems software for High Performance Computing (HPC). His research on zip code (Caltech and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory) created recognized contributions to the MPI-1 Standard, where he chaired the Groups, Contexts, and Communications subcommittee. He chaired the real-time subcommittee for the MPI-2 Forum, and has convened and co-chaired the currently ongoing MPI/RT Forum. Dr. Skjellum is co-author of the book, Using MPI, MIT Press, 1994.

John White recently retired as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Compaq Computer Corporation. In this role, he served as a member of the executive management team for Compaq and managed Compaq's worldwide management information systems activities. Prior to Compaq, he had a 28-year career with Texas Instruments where he served in various management and technical roles, including 13 years as Vice President and Chief Information Officer and 5 years as President of the Information Technology Group. At Texas Instruments, he was responsible for the deployment of worldwide standardized management information systems, implementation of a global voice and data network, and for developing the Information Technology business, including the IEF Case tool. He also spent 4 years with Electronic Data Systems developing the EDS on-line transaction processing system for the health care, life insurance and banking industries. He is currently serving on the boards of Tibco Software (Chairman of the advisory board), Ecentris (board member), and eTopware (Chairman of the board). John has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Physics from Central Missouri State University and a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Kansas.

Heinz Ulrich Roggenkemper is Executive Vice President for development at SAP Labs. Heinz has worked at SAP since 1982, joining the company as a systems consultant. Heinz's career with SAP took him to SAP International in Switzerland, followed by SAP America in the United States. He returned to SAP headquarters in Walldorf, Germany in 1990 where his responsibilities included the development of application link enabling (ALE) and Internet applications. He moved back to the United States to work at SAP Labs in 1997. Heinz holds advanced degrees in mathematics and philosophy from Freiburg University, Germany.

Prior to joining Verari, Mr. Conboy was VP of Strategic Accounts at Network Appliance, responsible for developing the strategy for the enterprise customer base, where he developed the IBM OEM business. He was also responsible for Network Appliance Financial Services providing unique and flexible programs. Mr. Conboy was VP and GM of WW technology sales at Amdahl. Prior to Amdahl, Gerry held several sales management positions for IBM.

Gene Kim is Vice President of Business Development and International Sales, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for Verari Systems, Inc. In his capacity at the company, Mr. Kim oversees development and implementation of corporate strategic partnerships and international sales efforts. Mr. Kim joined Verari Systems as an Advisor in 1999, later becoming a vice president in 2001. As vice president, he was instrumental in building the company's sales and marketing teams and streamlining business management activities. Additionally, Mr. Kim developed and implemented global and regional sales and marketing programs that helped Verari Systems grow in an international marketplace. Prior to Verari Systems, Mr. Kim was founder and CEO of Computing Advantage Group (CAG). He has also held several positions with IVAC Corporation, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly, and served as Forecast Administrator at IVAC prior to founding CAG. A resident of San Diego since 1976, Mr. Kim has completed the requirements for a bachelor's degree in finance from San Diego State University. He has served as the President of the Korean American Professional Association (KAPA) and received the Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Asian Business Association (ABA).

Victor Hester is Executive Vice President of Manufacturing at Verari Systems, Inc and a co-founder of the company. He is responsible for all manufacturing operations including production of servers and clusters as well as overseeing the quality control and shipping departments. Upon joining Verari Systems in 2001, Mr. Hester co-authored all of the company's patents, most notably the original concept of the BladeRack . Prior to joining Verari Systems, Mr. Hester founded his own chain of computer stores in San Diego and operated for nearly 10 years until he sold the chain in 2001. Additionally, he has held a number of positions in the bio-medical engineering industry and holds numerous certificates in electronics.

William Binch has been an active independent director for seven years. He has extensive experience in worldwide sales, enterprise applications, and BI/analytics. He currently serves on four boards: SPSS (Lead Director), Callidus Software, Saama, & MedeFinance, as well as two Advisory Boards (DemandTec & Verari). Mr. Binch served as CEO/Chairman of SeeCommerce (acquired by NCR/Teradata). He was SVP of WW Sales at Hyperion/Arbor, and a senior executive at Business Objects & Prism, two BI & DW companies. He served for five years at Oracle, departing as VP of Strategic Accounts. He has held executive positions at IBM, Itel, & Fortune Systems.

Prior to joining Voyager in 2000, Curtis spent eight years as the Executive Vice President at Stanford University's $9-billion endowment. He held wide responsibilities in private equity investing and management, including oversight of the Stanford Research Park, Stanford Shopping Center, portfolio policy, and venture investing (carrying bottom-line profit responsibility for about half the Stanford Management Company). Before joining Stanford University, Curtis spent five years leading Trammell Crow's northwest region in Seattle. He was responsible for $700 million in assets and ran a full-scale development operation covering Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, B.C. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, he worked in the semiconductor industry for Mostek Semiconductor and was in Research & Development in the energy industry. He serves on the board of directors for Contivo, Inc., Tropos Networks, Verari Systems and CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBRE). He also recently received a Presidential Appointment to the Presidio Trust. Curtis graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School .
