Jagadish Bandhole is currently the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Fonemine, Inc. Prior to founding Fonemine, Inc., he served as the Vice President at VERITAS Software. At VERITAS, he was responsible for development and sales of emerging products that represented convergence of server, storage and application management solutions. Prior to VERITAS, he was the Founder and CEO of Jareva Technologies, a venture-funded software company, where he successfully pioneered emerging technologies such as server and application provisioning shaping the requirements of the on-demand and utility computing ecosystem. Jagadish has a Masters in Computer Science from Indiana University with a strong background in computer architecture, compilers and programming languages. He graduated from IT-BHU with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science in 1995.

Deepak Mohan is senior vice president of the Information Management Group at Symantec Corporation. He is responsible for the strategy, development and delivery of Symantec’s data protection and archiving products, including Veritas NetBackup, PureDisk, Symantec Backup Exec, Backup Exec System Recovery and Enterprise Vault. These market-leading products ensure successful backup, recovery and archiving of information and systems for organizations ranging from small business to large enterprise. The goal of the Information Management Group is to deliver products that provide data protection and system availability for Symantec customers by using the latest disk, tape, deduplication, archiving, indexing and virtual technologies. Mohan previously served as senior vice president of the Symantec Data Protection Group where he led the engineering and product management teams to successfully launch Backup Exec 12.5, Backup Exec System Recovery 8.5 and NetBackup 6.5.x. Prior to joining Symantec, Mohan held senior level engineering management positions with Veritas Software, Seagate Software, Query Object Systems, Computer Associates and Cheyenne Software. He has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry. Mohan holds a master's degree in Computer Science from New York University and a bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. India. He holds two patents in the data protection space.

Vern Bell is Sterling Audits' Vice President of Sales. With over twenty-five years experience in high technology, Vern brings in-depth knowledge of data storage technologies, local and wide area networks, telecommunications and semiconductor technologies combined with a strong business management skill set. Academic accomplishments include a BSET and MBA. I addition, Vern business credits include registration as an investment advisor and registered securities representative. Vern started working with technology in the late 1960's and has witnessed and contributed to the evolution of technology over the past 4 decades. He has managed sales and marketing operations for semiconductor, manufacturing, software and telecommunications firms. His experience includes 4 years as Sales Manager for VERITAS Software, 2 years as Director of Sales for Clear Systems Network Management Software, 2 years as VP of Sales for DICKEY-John Electronic Modules, and 7 years as Regional Director for Burr-Brown Semiconductor Corporation. In addition, during the early 1980's Vern co-founded TELE-GEM Software, and personally directed development one of their first offerings: 1-2-3 Phone Bill. Over a 5 year period TELE-GEM developed and marketed a series of software products for use on personal computers, including a telecommunications inventory management offering, and Poisson, Erlang B and Erlang C trunk group sizing tools. These products were directed to corporate telecommunications managers. More recently, Vern served as Director of Call Center solutions for Enterprise Engineering (EIG) group. Vern was responsible for all domestic sales while at EIG.
