Theodore M. Prociv , Ph.D., joined Versar as President on November 1, 1999 and was elected Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2000. From 1995 to August 1998, Dr. Prociv served as the Deputy Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Matters, and subsequently as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Army for Chemical Demilitarization.
