Annie Yuzzi is a veteran in the creation and design of highly effective custom event programs. With over 17 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations, she leads the global expansion of successful client programs and relationships for Vertical Communications. Before joining Vertical Communications, Annie held various positions with Key3Media during her seven and a half years with the company. She built a profitable business unit within the company which sold, managed and produced custom programs for industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Interwoven, Mobius Venture Capital, RealNetworks and BroadVision. Prior to Key3Media, Annie held various positions which compliment building successful events encompassing the hospitality, public relations and fundraising industries, including fundraising events for Bill Clinton's Presidential campaign in Arizona and Colorado. A creative thinker with hands-on experience in event marketing, Annie is a driving force behind building successful client programs.

Mr. Rubins graduated from Cornell University in 1990 with a BS in applied and engineering physics and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1995. Both prior to and after business school, Mr. Rubins was a financial analyst and then Associate in the media and telecommunications groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. In 1996, Mr. Rubins joined the Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Technology Group as an Assistant Vice President in the telecommunications and data networking areas. Since Mr. Rubins joined M/C Partners in 1997 he has sourced or worked on a variety of transactions in the broadband wireless, ISP, CLEC, enterprise infrastructure, telecom software and IT services industries. He has served on the Boards of nine portfolio companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of HyPerformix, SecureMedia, Viola Networks, and Vertical Communications.
