"Boyd A. Rogers is Vice President, VF Corporation and President, Global Supply Chain. Rogers previously served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain & Technology of VF Corporation, to which he was appointed in 2004. Prior to that role, Rogers had responsibility for Process Reengineering, as well as management of the Shared Services, Technology and Global Sourcing Organizations. In 1996, he was named Vice President, Operations for the newly formed VF Jeanswear coalition, having held successive positions with the company's Wrangler® brand, including Vice President of Operations. Rogers earned a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University in 1971 and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1985. Rogers serves on the board of TC2, the Textile/Clothing Technology Corporation, and The Business Advisory Board of the Bryan Business School at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He also is an alumni member of The Young Executives Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill."

Mr. Wiseman has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of VF since August 2008, as President of VF since March 2006 and as Chief Executive Officer since January 2008. He served as Chief Operating Officer from March 2006 until January 2008. He was elected a director of VF in October 2006. Mr. Wiseman joined VF in 1995 and has held a progression of leadership roles within and across VF’s coalitions. Mr. Wiseman also serves as a director of CIGNA Corporation. Mr. Wiseman serves as an ex officio member of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.

"Bradley (Brad) Batten is Vice President - Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for VF Corporation. Batten previously served as Vice President - Controller, a position he was named to in September 2004. Batten previously served for four years at Sara Lee's Bali Company, first as Vice President and CFO and later as Vice President of Operations for their Intimates and Hosiery Group. Batten first joined VF in 1998 as Vice President and CFO for VF's Intimates coalition. From 1993 until 1995, Batten held various positions with Dawson Consumer Products, Inc. and also worked for Cluett Peabody & Company, Inc. from 1984 to 1993. He began his career as an auditor for Arthur Anderson & Company and Coopers & Lybrand. Batten received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton in 1977 and his C.P.A. license in 1979. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants."

"Martin Schneider is Vice President and Chief Information Officer for VF Corporation. He is responsible for developing and executing strategies to integrate and align technology with VF's business plan objectives. Prior to joining VF in 2006, Schneider served as Vice President of Global Technical & Manufacturing Systems for The Gillette Company in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was responsible for all order-to-cash manufacturing, supply chain and procurement systems on a global basis. During his tenure with Gillette, Schneider also served as the Director of Eastern Hemisphere Shared Service Center in Germany and as Chief Information Officer for Duracell. "Bob Shearer is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VF Corporation. Shearer is responsible for the financial operations of VF and its operating units around the world. He also oversees VF's Mergers & Acquisitions, Global Business Technology and Corporate Travel groups. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Shearer served as Vice President, Controller of VF. As Controller, he developed a system of management control that includes a quarterly review process for worldwide operations, which has proven effective in managing an expanding global business. For two years, Shearer also served as president of VF's Outdoor Coalition, which was formed with the acquisition of The North Face® brand in 2000. Before joining VF Corporation in 1986, Shearer was employed by the public accounting firm of Ernst and Young for 12 years, advancing to the level of Senior Audit Manager. Shearer served primarily within the audit function, specializing in manufacturing clients, but he also directed engagements for clients in the health care and banking fields. His assignments included several public companies and initial public offerings. Shearer holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Catawba College, in Salisbury, North Carolina. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the board of directors of Church & Dwight Co. Inc."

"Frank C. Pickard III is Vice President - Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of VF Corporation. During his career at VF, Pickard has served in a variety of financial roles including responsibility for Mergers and Acquisitions, Employee Benefits and Taxes. In 1999, Pickard was elected Vice President - Treasurer. Prior to that, he served as Treasurer, a position to which he was named in 1987. Pickard joined VF Corporation in 1976 from The Northern Trust Company. "Franklin (Frank) L. Terkelsen joined VF Corporation in 2004 as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions. Terkelsen came to VF with more than a decade of experience in mergers, acquisitions and business development. Most recently he was Manager - Business Development, GE Transportation, a unit of General Electric Company, where he spearheaded a variety of growth initiatives, joint ventures and dispositions. From 1998 to 2003, he held several positions at General Electric related to acquisitions and business planning, including that of Staff Executive - Corporate Business Development, where he had overall responsibility for supporting several GE industrial business units in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition process. From 1995 to 1998, Terkelsen worked at CBC Companies as Manager, Business Development, where he was responsible for acquisition activity. Terkelsen began his business career in 1986 with Fortune Brands, where he held a variety of positions in treasury and corporate development. Terkelsen graduated from Cedarville University in 1986, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration."

"Michael T. Gannaway is Vice President - VF Direct/Customer Teams for VF Corporation. Gannaway joined VF Corporation as Vice President, Customer Management in July 2004. Prior to joining VF, Gannaway worked for Pillowtex Corporation in Kannapolis, North Carolina, serving first as of President and Chief Operating Officer, and then Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. From 1993 until 2002, Gannaway served in various senior level positions for Sara Lee's Branded Apparel division in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, including President and Chief Executive Officer for Customer Business Teams and Mega-brand Marketing. Gannaway worked for Revlon, Inc. from 1986 to 1993. During his tenure with Revlon, he rose to become President of Department Store Sales after serving as President of Revlon's Prestige Fragrances Group and Vice President, General Manager of Charles of the Ritz for Revlon, Inc. From 1981 to 1986, Gannaway served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Estee Lauder, Inc. Gannaway began his professional career as a buyer in cosmetics and as divisional merchandise manager in cosmetics and accessories with Target Corporation. Gannaway graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Sociology in 1973."

"Stephen Dull joined VF Corporation in January 2005 as Vice President - Strategy. His responsibilities include the identification of long-term strategic growth initiatives and brand development. Previously, Dull was the Lead Partner for Accenture's Brand Strategy Practice and its High Performance Business Marketing Initiative, where he developed marketing, sales and brand strategies for consumer products companies ranging from food, retail, financial services and electronics. From 1988 to 1997, Dull served in several positions at McKinsey & Company, working with numerous Fortune 50 clients on brand building, business development and marketing strategy. Dull led client teams in building consumer insight, new product development and other growth issues. Dull also started and led that firm's B2B marketing center. Before joining McKinsey, Dull worked at The Pillsbury Company on a diverse set of top consumer brands. Dull holds a B.A. degree in International Political Science from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Michigan."

"Susan Williams is Vice President - Human Resources for VF Corporation. She is responsible for implementing corporate-wide Human Resources policies and maintaining legal compliance concerning employee relations. In 1983, Williams began working as an attorney for Blue Bell Inc., focusing on Labor Law and Employment. She joined VF in 1986 when Blue Bell was acquired. Transitioning to a different role, Williams held various Human Resources positions with the Wrangler®, Girbaud® and Vanity Fair® brands over the next 10 years before being named to her current position in 1996. Williams earned a B.A. in Public Administration and French from Augustana College in 1980. In 1983, she earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University in North Carolina."

Ms. Feigin has been a Consultant specializing in strategic marketing and branding since 1999. She served as Executive Vice President and Worldwide Director of Strategic Services of Grey Advertising Inc. from 1983 until her retirement from that position in 1999. She is a member of the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees of the Board of Directors.

Mr. de Bedout has served as Group President of Latin American Operations for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a global health and hygiene company, responsible for business units in Central and South America as well as the Caribbean, since 1999. He is a member of the Audit and Finance Committees of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Sharp has been Of Counsel to Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, a law firm located in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, since 1999. Mr. Sharp is a member of the Executive and Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors.

"Ms. Fairbairn has been president and chief executive officer of Fairbairn Group LLC since April 2005. Fairbairn Group specializes in human resources and executive management services. Ms. Fairbairn served as executive vice president of Human Resources and Quality of American Express Company from 1996 until her retirement in April 2005. Before joining American Express, she was senior vice president of Human Resources at Union Pacific Corporation from 1990 to 1996 and previously held numerous line management marketing and human resources positions at IBM Corporation. Ms. Fairbairn currently serves as a director of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., VF Corporation and Sunoco Inc. Ms. Fairbairn received her degree in mathematics from Upsala College and obtained her master's degree from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. "

Mr. McCollough served as Chairman of the Board of Circuit City Stores, Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer electronics and related services, from 2002 until June 2006. He was also Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2002 until his retirement from that position at the end of February 2006, and President of the company from 2002 until 2005. Mr. McCollough also serves as a director of LA-Z-Boy Incorporated and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Mr. McCollough is a member of the Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees of the Board of Directors.
