Ken Li MA, MBA kli@cqpharm.com , General Manager of ChiralQuest JiaShan (CQJ) in China, joined ChiralQuest from BioDefense Corp., where he was VP of operations. Ken has over 10 years drug development experience with Eisai Research Institute in Massachusetts and Wyeth-Ayerst. Ken was instrumental in the development of Eisai's complex anti-sepsis drug and he is expert in chemical process R&D and scale-up under cGMP. Ken is a member of the Board of SAPA, and was the founder and first president for SAPA-NE. Mr. Li received his MBA from Babson College, and his MA from City College of New York. . Laura Schove, Ph.D., lschove@chiralquest.com Director of Business Development, joined Chiral Quest in February 2006. Prior to joining Chiral Quest, Dr. Schove was the Manager of West Coast Sales for Regis Technologies. She has over ten years experience working on the west coast with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Schove was employed by Tripos Inc. in several positions, eventually serving as Director of Business Development. Dr. Schove worked as a computational chemist at Signal Pharmaceuticals (now Celgene) and ImmunoPharmacetics (acquired by Encysive). Dr. Schove holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California at Los Angeles. Xumu Zhang, Ph.D., xumu@chem.psu.edu Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, is Professor of Organic Chemistry at Pennsylvania State University. He began teaching at Penn State as an Assistant Professor in 1994. Dr. Zhang completed his post-doctoral and research work at Stanford University where he received his Ph.D. in 1992 under the direction of Professor James P. Collman.

Stephen C. Rocamboli has served as our non-executive Chairman since February 2003 and Secretary since November 2006. He was our Secretary from 2003 to December 2003. Mr. Rocamboli is currently President of Pear Tree Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to joining Pear Tree, Mr. Rocamboli was general counsel of Paramount BioCapital, Inc. and Paramount BioCapital Investments, LLC and served as deputy general counsel of those companies from September 1999 to August 2007. From November 2002 to December 2003, Mr. Rocamboli served as director of Ottawa, Ontario based Adherex Technologies, Inc. Mr. Rocamboli also serves as a member of the board of directors of several privately held development stage biotechnology companies. Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Rocamboli practice law in the health care field. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Kenneth W. Brimmer, age 53. Mr. Brimmer has been a director of STEN Corporation since February 1998. Mr. Brimmer has been the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since September 2003. Mr. Brimmer also has been Chief Manager of Brimmer Company, LLC, a private investment company, since December 2001. Mr. Brimmer was the Chairman and a Director of Active IQ Technologies, Inc. from April 2000 until June 2003 and was its Chief Executive Officer from April 2000 until December 2001. Previously, Mr. Brimmer was President of Rainforest Cafe, Inc. from April 1997 until April 2000 and he was also its Treasurer from its inception in 1995 until April 2000. Mr. Brimmer currently serves on the board of directors of New York Stock Exchange listed Landry’s Restaurants, Inc. Mr. Brimmer also is currently a member of the board of directors of Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc. and Landry’s Restaurants, Inc.

Vincent M. Aita, Ph.D. has served as a member of the board of directors since February 2003. Dr. Aita currently is a partner at Kilkenny Capital Management, LLC. Prior to joining Kilkenny, from October 2000 until January 2004, Dr. Aita was a research analyst with Paramount BioCapital Asset Management, Inc. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Genetics and Development at Columbia University and concurrently served as a scientific consultant for Research Assessment Associates, Inc. Dr. Aita received his Ph.D. in Genomics from the Columbia Genome Center at Columbia University in 1999.
