Mr. Serge Beausoleil worked for over 12 years in the field of Canadian Securities. He has held various positions at Levesque Beaubien Geoffrion (Financiere Banque Nationale), Burns Fry Ltd (Nesbitt Burns), Valeurs Mobilieres Dubeau and finally with CIBC Financial Planning Inc as an Investment Specialist. Mr. Beausoleil is a successful Entrepreneur having done well in personal businesses who likes to face new challenges. His previous experience brings strong expertise in the fields of Finances, Business Management, Sales management, establishment of marketing strategies, partnership agreements and strategic alliance negotiations as well as in communications. Mr. Beausoleil holds a B.B.A. and an M.Sc. in Economics. He has previously held titles of Chartered Administrator (Adm. A.), Quebec Institute of Financial Planning (Fin. Pl.), as well as the title of Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (F.C.S.I.)

With over 20 years of solid experience as a researcher and project leader, Dr. Patrick Benoist has a proven expertise in various fields of biology with a particular focus in biotechnology. He has worked in internationally-renowned research centres including CSIC, CNRS, INRA and UCL. Dr. Patrick Benoist holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Paris VII.

Patrick Daoust has more than five years experience in bioprocess development. Before coming to Viropro International, he worked for ProMetic Life Sciences in the areas of business development and process management from 2002 to 2005. Because of his technical expertise in developing industrial cell lines, Mr. Daoust was subsequently assigned responsibility for the scientific coordination of bio-generic development. Mr. Daoust has an MSc in microbiology from the University of Montreal.

For more than fifteen years, Mr. Bedard has been President of Marjoco Inc, a company specialized in short term profit and liquidities improvement for companies and in strategic planning for business growth. Prior to 1992, Mr. Bedard was Vice President Finance and Administration of private and public companies. He also worked at Nordic Laboratories Inc (now Sanofi Aventis) and he served for four years as CFO, Executive VP and COO of an international public biotech company.

Currently Dr. Griscelli holds the position of Vice-president for Wyeth France in charge of scientific affairs. He is also the president of the Wyeth foundation for Children s Health. Prior to Wyeth, Dr Griscelli held positions as Councellor for Medical and Scientific strategies of Public Hospitals of Paris and General Director of NIHMR (National Institute of Health and Medical Research).

Mr. Boitieux acts as Research Director of the INSERM (National of Health Institute of Research), France Dr. Jean-Louis Boitieux is an internationally renowned expert in the field of immunology and a pioneer and specialist in antibody procedures in the recognition of cancerous cells. Dr. J.L. Boitieux is also member of the New York Academy of Sciences in the United States. He has also recently been honored by the French Government with the "medaille de l'ordre national du merite" in recognition for his scientific achievements. Dr. Boitieux holds two doctorates in Biology from the Universite des Sciences et de la Technologie de Compiegne, France.

Dr. Peter Tijssen is a distinguished researcher who brings highly specialized know-how and scientific expertise necessary to lead the project through development, validation and clinical trials. Dr. Peter Tijssen is also Professor at the Microbiology and Biotechnology Research Centre, INRS Institut, Armand Frappier and Universite du Quebec.
