David Lee was appointed President of the Asia Pacific region in October 2008. John Partridge is the chief operating officer (COO) of Visa Inc. As COO, he has day-to-day responsibility for five areas of the company's continuing business operations, with the global heads of the product, information and systems technology, operations, corporate relations, and customer service departments reporting into him. Una Somerville is the global head of customer service and implementation for Visa Inc. In this role, she leads client service, customer implementation services, franchise management and Visa Customer Care Services. Somerville oversees global support, with a local market focus, to Visa Inc. stakeholders around the world, including financial institutions, merchants, processors and cardholders. This includes managing Visa's contact center operations, which offer a variety of global and domestic services for Visa cardholders.
