We are a manufacturer, developer and service provider of access control security products. In 2008, commercial sales of our MESH product line continued to impact our total sales. MESH (Multimedia Embedded Security Hub) was a new technology developed by Viscount that converged voice (intercom, emergency communications), data (access control, elevator control, alarm) and some video to provide increased security at a reduced cost of hardware, cabling and installation and with simplified database management. In addition to MESH, our current access control and security product lines include the following: Enterphone 2000, a building intercom; Entercheck, a card access system; RadioClik and InfraClik, radio frequency and infrared remote controls; Elektra, liquid crystal display intercom panels; EmerPhone, emergency telephone entry systems; and various accessories.
