As chairman and chief executive officer of Visteon Corporation, Donald J. Stebbins is responsible for leading Visteon's long-term strategy and overseeing the company's global operations and administrative functions. Mr. Stebbins joined Visteon in 2005 as president and chief operating officer, and was elevated to CEO effective June 1, 2008 and to chairman effective December 1, 2008. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience and a solid history of performance in managing global business issues. He has served on Visteon's Board of Directors since December 2006. William G. Quigley III has been Visteon s Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since joining the company in December 2004. Before joining Visteon, he was the Vice President and Controller Chief Accounting Officer of Federal-Mogul Corporation since June 2001. Federal-Mogul filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on October 11, 2001. Mr. Quigley was previously Finance Director Americas and Asia Pacific of Federal-Mogul since July 2000, and Finance Director Aftermarket Business Operations of Federal-Mogul prior thereto.

As senior vice president and president of Visteon Corporation’s (NYSE: VC) North America customer group, John F. Kill oversees new business growth and program management for North American customers. Kill also is responsible for global advanced product development and North American aftermarket operations. He is an elected corporate officer. Previously, he was senior vice president, product development, responsible for the global design, development, commercial and strategic aspects of Visteon’s product portfolio. Prior to that position, he was operations director of Visteon’s climate control division. He joined the company as Visteon’s European operations director. From 1993 to 1997, Kill served as chief engineer for the climate control division of Ford Motor Co., leading to his role as Visteon’s operations director. Kill also held management roles in business planning, quality and engineering within Ford’s diversified product operations and powertrain operations since 1988. As vice president and general manager of Visteon Corporation's (NYSE: VC) North American aftermarket, Gregory Gyllstrom is responsible for expanding the organization's aftermarket business by coordinating and directing the company's sales, product development and marketing activities. Before joining Visteon in October 2002, Gyllstrom worked at Freudenberg-NOK, where he was chief executive officer of Corteco, the company’s automotive aftermarket business. Prior to that, he was president and chief executive officer of Industrial Coating Group Inc., a manufacturer of industrial and commercial coatings. Gyllstrom's more than 20 years of sales and marketing management experience in the industrial and automotive industries was earned in other key executive roles at Reeves International and The Brady Co. As chief operating officer for Reeves, Gyllstrom was responsible for all manufacturing and commercial site activities. During his tenure at Brady, he managed six standalone business divisions in North America. Gyllstrom earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois and a master’s of business administration in marketing and finance from DePaul University in Illinois. Joel Coque has been Visteon s Vice President, Interiors Product Group since August 2005. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Manager of Visteon s PSA Peugeot-Citroen and Renault/Nissan customer business groups since 2001. Mr. Coque joined Visteon in July 1999 as Managing Director of Interior Systems for Europe and South America. Prior to that, he served as the Managing Director of Plastic Omnium s Automotive Interiors Division.

Joy M. Greenway has been Visteon s Vice President, Climate Product Group since August 2005. Prior to that, she was Director, Powertrain since March 2002, and Director of Visteon s Ford truck customer business group since April 2001. She joined Visteon in 2000 as Director of Fuel Storage and Delivery Strategic Business Unit.

As vice president of Visteon Corporation’s (NYSE: VC) electronics product group, Steve Meszaros has global responsibility for core engineering, manufacturing, program launches, quality, program purchasing and business planning for electronics. From 2001-2005, Meszaros served concurrently as managing director of Visteon’s China operations and as general manager of Visteon’s China joint venture, Yanfeng Visteon. Prior to that, Meszaros was based in Europe for five years, where he was responsible for Visteon’s interior systems business in the United Kingdom and Germany. In his 18-year career, first at Ford Motor Co. and then at Visteon, he has held a wide range of assignments in manufacturing, product engineering, business development and program management. Meszaros earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering from Stanford University. Derek A. Fiebig joined AutoNation in November 2008 and has responsibility for the Company’s interactions and communications with financial analysts and investors. Prior to joining AutoNation, Mr. Fiebig was the Director of Investor Relations at Visteon Corporation from 2001 until November 2008. He also served as Visteon’s Assistant Treasurer – Investor Relations and Capital Markets from 2002 through 2005 – and was a member of the investment committee that had oversight of Visteon’s $1 billion of pension assets. Before joining Visteon, he was Director of Investor Relations for Lear Corporation and held various positions at DaimlerChrysler and Chrysler Corporation including investor relations and treasury-related functions. Mr. Fiebig received an MBA in finance from Indiana University in 1996 and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan in 1991.

Marla C. Gottschalk is 45 years old, and she has been a director of the company since March 2003. Ms. Gottschalk has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Pampered Chef, Inc., a direct seller of kitchen tools and products, since December 2003. Prior to that she was the Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Investor Relations for Kraft Foods, Inc. since February 2002, and before that she served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Kraft s Post Division, and Vice President, Marketing and Strategy for the Kraft Cheese Division.

Charles L. Schaffer has been a director of the company since January 2001. He is the former chief operating officer of United Parcel Service Inc., a global provider of package delivery services.

Karl J. Krapek has been a director of the company since February 2003. He is the former president and chief operating officer of United Technologies Corporation, a global supplier of aerospace and building systems products, a position he held from April 1999 to January 2002. Prior to that, he served as president of United Technologies' Pratt and Whitney division. He also serves as a director of Alcatel-Lucent, Prudential Financial Inc., The Connecticut Bank and Trust Company, and Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Alex J. Mandl is 65 years old and has been a director of the company since March 2008. Mr. Mandl is currently the non-Executive Chairman of Gemalto, a company resulting from the merger of Axalto Holding N.V. and Gemplus International S.A. From June 2006 until December 2007, Mr. Mandl served as Executive Chairman of Gemalto. Before June 2006, Mr. Mandl was President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Gemplus, positions he held since August 2002. He also serves on the boards of Gemalto N.V., Dell Inc., Hewitt Associates, Inc. and Horizon Lines, Inc.

James D. Thornton has been a director of the company since September 2004. He is the former senior executive vice president and director of diversity, recruitment and people services for MBNA America Bank, N.A., a credit-card lending company. Since joining MBNA in 1997, he has held various leadership positions, including director of quality assurance and director of sports marketing, regional director — mid-Atlantic region. He is chairman of the board of trustees at Talladega College in Alabama.

"James F. Palmer is vice president and chief financial officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation. Palmer is responsible for the company's overall business management function and activities including the controller; treasury; contracts, pricing and supply chain; financial planning; tax; internal audit; investor relations; and trust administration and investments. He provides leadership to the business management organizations within the operating sectors of the company. He also oversees two organizations that provide services across the company: Enterprise Shared Services, which delivers transactional services, and IT Solutions, which provides information technology solutions and services. He is also a member of the company’s corporate policy council. Palmer joined Northrop Grumman from Visteon Corporation where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He joined Visteon in June 2004. He previously served from 2000 to 2004 as president of Boeing Capital Corporation, and from 1997 to 2000 as president of Boeing Shared Services. From 1995 through 1997 he was senior vice president and chief financial officer of the McDonnell Douglas Corporation. At McDonnell Douglas, he also served as vice president and treasurer as well as vice president of business operations and CFO for military aircraft and missiles. Prior to his work at McDonnell Douglas, Palmer worked for twenty years at Ernst & Young, rising to the position of partner. Palmer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southeast Missouri State University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Financial Executive Institute. Kathleen J. Hempel was elected a director of Whirlpool Corporation in June 1994. She is a member of the corporate governance & nominating committee and the finance committee of the board of directors. Hempel is the former vice chairman and chief financial officer of Fort Howard Corporation. Hempel joined Fort Howard in 1973 and served as vice president – human resources, executive vice president, and senior executive vice president prior to the 1997 merger with James River Corp. to form Fort James Corporation. She had been a member of Fort Howard's board of directors since 1979 until the 1997 merger. Hempel graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She earned her MBA from Arizona State University in Tempe in 1984. Hempel currently is a member of the board of directors of Oshkosh Truck Corporation. Hempel served a gubernatorial appointment to the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents, is a past member of the board of directors of the National Association of Manufacturers, and is a past member of the American Forest and Paper Association's Tissue Division Board.

Mr. Taggart is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Weyerhaeuser Company, a forest products company, a position he held from April 2003 to June 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Taggart served as Weyerhaeuser s Vice President, Finance since October 2001. He also serves as a director of 3TIER.

Thomas T. Stallkamp, age 62, has served as a Director of Baxter since 2000. Mr. Stallkamp has been an Industrial Partner in Ripplewood Holdings L.L.C., a New York private equity group, since 2004. From 2003 to 2004, he served as Chairman of MSX International, Inc., a global provider of technology-driven engineering, business and specialized staffing services, and from 2000 to 2003, he served as Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MSX. From 1980 to 1999, Mr. Stallkamp held various positions with DaimlerChrysler Corporation and its predecessor Chrysler Corporation, the most recent of which was Vice Chairman and President. Mr. Stallkamp also serves as a director of BorgWarner Inc. and Honsel International Technologies S.A and a director and non-executive co-chairman of Asahi Tec Corporation.
