Rick Rudman is a 20-year software veteran and has been the driving force behind Vocus' growth and innovation. Prior to Vocus, Rudman was a senior executive at Dataway Corporation, a company specializing in the development of mission-critical software systems for clients such as KPMG, Booz-Allen and U.S. Navy. Prior to Vocus, Rudman worked as an accountant and also served in the U.S. Air Force. In 2003, Rudman was the Greater Washington Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the software category, and in 1999, Rudman was selected as the High Technology Council of Maryland's "Entrepreneur of the Year." Rudman received a bachelor's of science in accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Heys brings with him more than 16 years of experience in product development, focused on building cutting-edge business applications. As CTO, Heys is responsible for bringing innovation to Vocus' award-winning public relations platform. During his nine year history with Vocus, Heys has led the development group and been the architect behind the company?s award winning public relations software. Heys was instrumental in migrating the Vocus application to the Software-As-A Service (SAAS) model. Heys was previously the Development Manager at T4G Limited, where his team was responsible for developing the company's award-winning Point of Sale System for the Windows Platform. Prior to T4G, Heys was the founder and CEO of Definitive Ideas, a company that was the one of the first to introduce a Windows-based Point of Sale application.

Bob Lentz has 20 years of programming experience with more than 18 years focused on developing business software applications. Prior to joining Vocus, Lentz was president of Dataway Corporation, a company specializing in the design and implementation of mission-critical PC-based software and networks. In that role, Lentz led the development effort on dozens of complex software projects for clients such as KPMG, U.S. Navy and many other commercial clients. The success of the Vocus applications, developed under Lentz's leadership has resulted in being named twice to the Inc. 500 list as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States, selected a winner of the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 awards, named by Software Magazine to the Software 500, named a top 100 ASP (Application Service Provider) by IRG, and received honorable mention for the prestigious "Innovation of the Year" award from PR Week.

Steve Vintz has served as Chief Financial Officer of Vocus since January 2001 and brings more than 16 years of financial, operational and strategic planning experience in the high technology industry working with both public and private companies. At Vocus, Vintz oversees all financial, legal, HR and administration functions. Vintz has led the company through a period of rapid growth and expansion, including an initial public offering, a recently completed follow-on offering and three acquisitions. Vocus was ranked by IPOfinancial.com as the 11th best performing stock out of 273 initial public offerings completed since December 2005 and named to the Deloitte Fast 500 list of fastest growing technology companies in North America for 6 consecutive years. Prior to Vocus, Vintz was the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis at Snyder Communications, a NYSE listed advertising and marketing services company. During his tenure at Snyder, Vintz played a lead role in the execution and integration of over 45 acquisitions and oversaw growth from $86 million in revenue with 300 employees to nearly $1 billion in revenue with 9,000 employees. Snyder was sold to Havas Advertising for $2.2 billion in September of 2000. Prior to Snyder, Vintz was a manager with Ernst & Young. Vintz is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his bachelor of business administration degree from Loyola College Sellinger School of Business. Vintz currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fishbowl Marketing.

William Wagner is an accomplished marketing executive with more than 17 years of experience in marketing and sales management in the technology industry. As Chief Marketing Officer, Wagner is responsible for expanding marketing's role as a driver for Vocus' continued growth in both new and existing market segments. He oversees the planning, development, execution, and management of all aspects of Vocus' marketing operations, including product management, product marketing, field and channel marketing, branding, advertising, marketing communications, public relations, and industry analyst relations. He is also active in the development of corporate strategy and shaping the overall customer experience. Prior to joining Vocus, Wagner was Chief Marketing Officer at Fiberlink Communications, where he successfully repositioned the company as a global leader in security and mobility software for the enterprise market, introduced numerous successful products and services, and established multiple partnerships with leading technology companies. He also spent more than 10 years in marketing and sales leadership positions at AT&T. Wagner earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College and his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. He has acted as an advisor to several technology companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of M5 Networks.

Darren Stewart has more than 12 years of management and technical consulting experience in a variety of areas ranging from network management to product development. Prior to Vocus, Stewart worked for Information Systems Group (ISG), and before ISG he was manager of customer service for Job Files Corporation. He began his career as a commercial analyst with Norwest Banks. Darren received his bachelor's in business administration and finance from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Norman Weissberg has more than 18 years of sales and sales management experience, most recently with Xerox Corporation as a major accounts executive. Prior to Xerox, Weissberg worked for Reed Exhibition Companies. Weissberg started his sales management career at Dictaphone, a division of Pitney Bowes Corporation. Norman received a bachelor's in business from the University of Maryland.

Bill Donnelly is an accomplished sales and business development executive with more than 20 years experience in the application software sales and services industry. Prior to joining Vocus, Donnelly was vice president of sales and services at Careerbuilder, Inc. Previous positions include vice president of sales and business development for Best Software, Inc.; several sales leadership positions at Computer Associates International. Donnelly holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration, and earned his MBA from George Washington University.

Matthew Siegal was a pioneer in the field of public relations and government relations automation, having co-founded the predecessor to Vocus. Later he co-founded Public Affairs Technologies (PAT), creators of the popular prPowerBase and ClipSCAN products, and served as its president and CEO for 11 years. He joined Vocus in January of 2003 when Vocus acquired PAT.

Mr Muir is a software engineer turned businessman, with more than 20 years of executive and general management experience in the computer software and services sector. He has held numerous high-profile business roles that have focused on spearheading major international sales and marketing initiatives for US-based corporations, as well as the development of global strategic partnerships. As managing director of Cyveillance International, Mr. Muir was responsible for overall management and strategy for International operations and building a sustainable business through partnerships and direct sales. He has been a frequent speaker at industry events on the subject of the internet and brand management. He is also widely quoted in the national, trade and business press, including CNN, BBC, The London Times, FT, New Media Age, .Net, Brand Strategy, Revolution magazine and Silicon.com, among others. During the course of his career, Mr. Muir has founded and run a number of software and service companies and has been responsible for their significant growth. Before joining Cyveillance, he served as managing director for Isogon International Ltd. in the UK, a New York-based enterprise software and services company and grew the business globally through a combination of direct and indirect sales. Prior to that, he founded Logistics Solutions Ltd., an IBM AS/400 based software and services company located in Hong Kong. Mr. Muir expanded operations throughout the Asia Pacific region, supplying logistics and distribution software and services to some of the largest trading and retail companies in the Far East. He also served as international managing director of RTSI, where he doubled revenues for its regional operations in his first year there. During the 80's Mr.Muir sat on the distribution group board of the UK public company Suter plc and played a key role in its growth from a US$20Million operation in to a US$1Billion world-wide mini-conglomerate. He also sat on the boards of a number of subsidiaries and was a member of the executive team responsible for strategic acquisitions and the turnarounds of under-performing group companies. Mr. Muir is an alumnus of the Coventry University with a degree in Computer Science, speaks several languages, and currently resides in London with his wife and two sons.

Gary has been a venture capitalist for 21 years. He has served as a director of 21 companies. Before joining Edison in 1997, Gary teamed with CEO Venture Fund, a firm launched in Pittsburgh by three successful technology entrepreneurs. He was General Partner and Chief Operating Officer of CEO Venture Fund II. Gary managed the firm's office in Vienna, Virginia and made his first investment in the Greater Washington region in 1987. Gary started his career in marketing and business development after an internship at Penn SouthWest in Pittsburgh. Gary served on the Advisory Boards of the George Washington University Graduate School of Business, Governor's Venture Capital Roundtable for the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Entrepreneurial Advisory Council of the Pennsylvania Securities Commission. He was President of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association. As a founding member of the Pittsburgh High Technology Council, he served as an Officer for 13 years.

Andrews is president of ASI, a publisher of magazines, catalogs, directories, software and other business resources that facilitate the success of their 20,000 member companies. Prior to ASI, Andrews was CEO of Primedia Business, which is part of Primedia, a $1.6 billion company. Before Primedia, Andrews was president & CEO of Factiva, a world class provider of global news and business information. Andrews also spent more than 15 years at Dow Jones & Co., where he served in a variety of senior editorial, marketing, technology and product development roles.
