We are a leader in the global laboratory supply industry. We provide distribution services to a highly fragmented supply chain by offering products from a wide range of manufacturers to a large number of customers. Our business is highly diversified across products and services, geographic regions and customer segments. Products we distribute include chemicals, glassware, instruments, protective clothing and other assorted laboratory products. The vast majority of our products cost less than $1,000. Many of our products, including chemicals, laboratory consumables, production supplies and science education products, are consumable in nature. These products are basic and essential supplies required by research laboratories and represented approximately 75% of our net sales in each of 2004, 2005 and 2006. We also provide certain services to some of our customers, which are primarily comprised of technical services, on-site storeroom services, warehousing and furniture design, supply and installation. We maintain operations in more than 20 countries and process an average of 52,000 order lines daily from 20 strategically located distribution centers.
