Richard J. Giromini. Mr. Giromini was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2007. He had been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 28, 2005 until December 2005 when he was appointed President and a Director of the Company. Prior to that, he had been Senior Vice President Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company on July 15, 2002. Mr. Giromini was with Accuride Corporation from April 1998 to July 2002, where he served in capacities as Senior Vice President Technology and Continuous Improvement; Senior Vice President and General Manager Light Vehicle Operations; and President and CEO of AKW LP. Previously, Mr. Giromini was employed by ITT Automotive, Inc. from 1996 to 1998 serving as the Director of Manufacturing. Mr. Giromini also serves on the board of directors of Robbins & Myers, Inc., a global supplier of highly engineered equipment and systems for critical applications in energy, industrial, chemical and pharmaceutical markets, which he joined in October 2008. Mr. Giromini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical and industrial engineering and a Master of Science degree in industrial management, both from Clarkson University. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Duke University Fuqua School of Management.

Joe Zachman was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in March 2008. Previously, Mr. Zachman had served as Wabash National's Senior Vice President- Manufacturing. Before joining Wabash National in May 2005 Mr. Zachman was with TTM Technologies in Chippewa Falls, Wis., where he served as Vice President and General Manager. Previously, Mr. Zachman served as President of CDR Corporation for two years; Director of Operations of Sanmina Corporation for five years; and worked at Delco Electronics Corporation for 13 years, where he served in numerous positions of increasing responsibility in engineering and manufacturing management.

Rodney P. Ehrlich has been Senior Vice President—Chief Technology Officer of the Corporation since January 2004. From 2001 — 2003, Mr. Ehrlich was Senior Vice President—Product Development. Mr. Ehrlich has been in charge of the Corporation's engineering operations since the Corporation's founding.

Bruce Ewald was appointed Senior Vice President - Sales and Marketing in November of 2005. He has nearly 25 years experience in the transportation industry with a diverse background in the automotive, heavy truck, aftermarket parts distribution, and service markets. Ewald joined Wabash National in March of 2005 as Vice President and General Manager of Wabash National Trailer Centers, the company's network of retail sales locations. For the prior 14 years, he served in a number of executive-level positions of increasing responsibility with PACCAR, Inc. including, National Sales Manager - PACCAR Parts Division; Director - Fleet Sales, Peterbilt Motors; Midwest Region Manager, Peterbilt Motors; General Sales Manager - North America, Peterbilt Motors; and Assistant General Manager - Sales and Marketing, Peterbilt Motors.
