A long-time cast member at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, Ivan Diaz, P.E., understands the importance of family entertainment. Diaz, a senior engineer at Walt Disney World, serves as a member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers, and provides engineering for Walt Disney World's ride control systems. Through a collaborative effort, he ensures that Disney attractions are brought to millions of guests each year safely and efficiently. In fact, Diaz served as a key member of the team that recently enhanced the popular Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. Diaz also plays an important part of the attractions that few riders ever consider, such as co-authoring the (pending) patent for the Automated Attraction and Ride Maintenance System, which verifies ride availability and improves maintenance efficiency. Recognized with the Walt Disney World Resort Partners in Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award, Diaz has made significant contributions to the opening of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort by mentoring local engineers there, and influencing international engineering and standards compliance, among other things. While in Hong Kong, he also volunteered in the community with the non-profit corporation Crossroads International. Domestically, he mentors middle and high school students through the FIRST, and FIRST Lego League programs, in which science, math, and teamwork are used to solve problems. Other volunteer efforts include Habitat for Humanity, Give Kids the World (Make-a-Wish) and the Christopher Columbus Foundation. He also maintains his own ideas of making math and science fun at home. Each Halloween, he uses creative techniques and spends dozens of hours turning his garage into a free haunted house for neighborhood children. He also finds time for volleyball, paintball, home improvements, pursuing an MBA, and preparing to be a dad.

Kevin's skill and power as a vocal coach for Sing Live USA comes with a legacy like no other. Kevin has been an entertainer at Walt Disney World since 1983 when he joined the Voices of Liberty, EPCOT's premiere a cappella vocal ensemble where he performed daily for 21 years as a director and bass singer of the group. All that experience - performance techniques - musical expertise - has been channeled into vocal coaching Sing Live USA. Kevin's ability to enthuse the company and create our fabulous choral sound is delivered with warmth and humor and is amazing to watch. And that's just part of the story. Kevin's voice does far more than sing! He is a renown voice over artist (known as the "voice" of Walt Disney World) you can hear him making announcements throughout all four theme parks. Kevin is also Sound Director for Sing Live USA. Rick McKee (Tulsa, OK) is a senior music composition major at Oklahoma City University and is already making his musical mark with entertainment giants all around the world. Rick began making his music known to Disney fans during his freshman year at OCU by composing the theme song for a popular Disney fan website, "Visions Fantastic". From his exposure there, he was asked to compose the 2006 Disney Music Convention theme song. It was then when composer and producer Jonathan Barr (who also happened to be Rick's favorite Disney composer) discovered Rick's work and hired him to compose and produce music for his production company, The Imagination House. Through The Imagination House, Rick was hired to compose the theme song for the Disney Cruise Line, "Adventures Away" and from this, composed the theme song for Norwegian Cruise Line as well. Rick composed "Our Halloween Party" for Tokyo Disneyland's 2007 Halloween Parade and arranged a portion of their castle forecourt show, "Super Duper Jumpin' Time". He has also composed and produced music for the Jenks, Oklahoma Centennial Celebration, wrote an arrangement for country music legend, Bryan White's new CD, composed for the Miss Oklahoma Pageant, the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, and writes regularly for the OCU Orchestra. More recently, Rick composed and scored the music for the OCU motion picture, "Unsolved", and through the Imagination House, sequenced and arranged the music for a musical produced by Macy's which is set to debut at Macy's in New York City in late November. Two of his latest projects with the Imagination House have been for Seaworld. One show will open during the holidays and will feature Rick's gospel arrangement of "The First Noel" for the Dolphin, Whale/Trainer ballet. The other is a dramatic, indoor theater production called "A'lure: The Call of the Ocean", written and produced by the Imagination House with a score by Mike Avila, Jeff Smith (two of Rick's over favorite composers and arrangers) and Rick. He is currently working on music for a new parade at Walt Disney World, which is set to premiere in 2009. Upon his graduation in May, Rick will be returning to Orlando to take a full-time position with the Imagination House as Associate Music Producer. To read more about Rick's projects and to hear samples of his work, check out his website below!
