Warner Power, LLC was formed in December, 1999. A group of senior executives of WPI Group, Inc. purchased the assets of WPI Electronics and WPI Power Systems. Since 1999, the company has grown substantially through internal growth as well as the acquisition of WPI Termiflex, Inc., Manchester, NH, and Daykin Electric, of Livonia MI. Warner Power is headquartered in Warner, New Hampshire. Manufacturing and engineering for customized industrial power conversion systems and electronic ballast, including power supplies and transformers is also located at this facility. National and worldwide Customer Service, Administration, Engineering and Marketing are located here as well. The company also maintains offices in New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Georgia with sales operations throughout the United States. Traditional markets supplied by Warner Power ballast include Endoscopes, Projectors, Entertainment and Specialty lighting, UV Curing and Fiberoptics. Power Supplies produced by Warner Power are also used in Elevators, Electric Furnaces, Semiconductor Production Equipment, Glass Manfuacturing and other power conversion/control applications. The Termiflex acquisition was a natural extension of Warner Power's manufacturing expertise. All design and sales of the custom Handheld Terminals and Operator Interface Panels are done in Warner, New Hampshire.
