PepsiAmericas (PAS) is in the Food Industry

PepsiAmericas manufactures, distributes and markets beverage products in the U.S., Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Caribbean as well as distributes snack foods and beer in certain markets. Co. sells a variety of brands under franchise agreements with various brand owners, the majority with PepsiCo, Inc. In some territories, Co. manufactures, packages, sells and distributes its own brands, such as Toma brands in CEE and the Caribbean and Sandora brands in Ukraine. As of Dec 29 2007, Co. operated in 19 states in the U.S. In CEE, Co. served Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Republic of Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine, with distribution rights in Moldova, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
