Randolph Barr serves as the Chief Security Officer for WebEx Communications, now a part of Cisco. WebEx is the global leader in on-demand applications for collaborative business on the web with 35 ,000 customers worldwide and 2.5M registered hosts . Barr oversees the company's global security infrastructure and the WebTrust Seal, ISO-17799 attestation and SAS-70 Type II reporting for WebEx. Prior to his appointment as Chief Security Officer, Barr held several management positions within WebEx. Barr brings more than 10 years of IT and leadership experience from the healthcare, gaming and high-tech industries.

Whetstone has over a decade of experience marketing communication services. Most recently, Whetstone founded and served as chief marketing officer of Virgin Mobile, the first US-based mobile virtual network operator (MVNO). Whetstone developed the company's strategy, product and marketing proposition, wireless applications and retail relationships. Prior to that, Whetstone was a marketing executive at Vodafone AirTouch (now Verizon Wireless) for seven years, where he introduced new products and targeted new customer segments, increasing prepaid subscribers from 150,000 to over 1,000,000 in two years. Whetstone also worked as a consultant at Bain & Co. and Price Waterhouse.

Glenn Reinus joined Rackspace from WebEx, a leading provider of Web communications services, where he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development. He brings 20 years of sales management and business development experience in the telecommunications, networking and Internet software markets. Reinus has significant experience working with early stage companies and has been in the Internet market since 1995. He served as Vice President of Business Development at BackWeb Technologies prior to joining WebEx, and has held senior management positions with industry leaders such as Compaq, GTE and IBM/ROLM. Reinus holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.

Peter Scocimara has served as Vice President, Customer Success since August 2002. From April 2002 to August 2002, Mr. Scocimara served as WebEx Vice President, Business Planning. From January 1998 through September 2001, Mr. Scocimara held the following management positions at Excite@Home Corporation: Director of National Accounts (January 1998 to May 1998), Director International Operations (May 1998 to September 1999), Vice President International Operations (September 1999 to March 2001) and Executive Vice President, International (March 2001 to September 2001). Mr. Scocimara earned a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Praful Shah is the Vice President, Strategic Communications of WebEx Communications. Praful has completed his BS in Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology in India. After completion he move to US where he studied MS in Computer Science from Penn State. Praful has 20 years of senior management experience with major technology companies. At Oracle, Tandem, and NCR, Praful developed his technological proficiency. While at Oracle, Praful was the marketing senior director for the Internet and database divisions, as well as director of consultant marketing. He was instrumental in the launch of the Network Computing Architecture, Web Application, Electronic Commerce and Oracle8 Database Servers. During his employment at Tandem, Praful held senior level positions in product management, as well as consultant, product and competitive marketing areas. Founded in 1996, WebEx is the leader in Web Communications Services. It provides Web based carrier class communication services using its multimedia switching platform deployed over global network. WebEx's services enable end-users to share presentations, documents, applications, voice and video spontaneously in a seamless environment. WebEx's services are used across the enterprise in sales, support, training, marketing, engineering, and various other functions. With its modular framework, standards-based APIs and unique Media Tone technology, WebEx is the leading provider of Web meeting services.

Dianna Miller is an interaction designer at WebEx Communications and has been wearing a variety of hats in Silicon Valley for the past fifteen years. She's designed interfaces for interactive TV products, web sites and web applications for companies such as Microsoft/WebTV Networks, Sun Microsystems, MetaTV, Apple Computer, Splash Technologies, and Disney. In 2003, she completed her Masters in Interaction Design at the Interaction Design Institute in Ivrea, Italy, where she focused on the consumer application of wearable computing in fashion. Interests include new design education and bringing design tools to the development of service ideas that use convergent technologies to support sustainable business models.

Anthony R. Muller, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of JDS Uniphase Corporation, joined Uniphase Corporation in January 1998 after serving on their Board of Directors for fourteen years. He has been Chief Financial Officer during a period of almost forty-fold growth, including the merger with JDS FITEL that formed JDS Uniphase and twelve acquisitions including the largest announced technology acquisition in history (SDL). From 1985 to 1990, he was Chief Financial Officer of Silicon Valley Group while that company was expanding with a vigorous acquisition program. He was Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Centigram Communications Corporation from 1990 to 1996, taking the company public after restructuring its operations and finance operations, and Senior Vice President and CFO of Micro Focus Group Plc. during its very successful turnaround from 1996 to 1998. He was a director of Uniphase Corporation and Megahertz Corporation until the latter's acquisition by U.S. Robotics, serving on the audit and compensation committees of each company. Dan Eilers is a Managing Director at Vanguard and invests in software, hardware, storage, and other information technology companies. He brings over 20 years of technology management and venture capital experience to his role, including serving as the President and CEO of three companies--two private, one public, was the founding managing partner of Apple Computer's venture capital fund, has been an active angel investor/advisor to start-ups, and the chief marketing officer at Apple Computer. Immediately prior to joining Vanguard Ventures, he was an angel investor, advisor and board member to several early stage private and public companies including WEBEX Communications, SiteSmith, and Carrier Access Corporation. Dan served as President and CEO of CIDCO, Inc., a consumer telecommunications products company which grew to over $250 million in revenue under his leadership. There Dan was responsible for launching twelve new products, including the pioneering iPhone Internet screen phone and the MailStation. He also served as CEO-in-residence at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, assisting in the evaluation of numerous venture capital investments, and advising portfolio companies on operational and strategic matters. While in this role, he became CEO and President of NAT Systems, a private enterprise software and services company backed by KPCB, which was subsequently acquired. He spent nine years at Apple, held the Chief Marketing Officer position (Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing), and established and led for 6 years Apple's strategic investment group, which included venture capital investing, joint ventures, acquisitions and alliances. Dan also led Claris Corporation as President and CEO as it grew from being the world's 13th largest to the 8th largest vendor of personal computer software applications. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington, and an MBA degree from Stanford University.
