Gene Hodges is chief executive officer of Websense, Inc. Douglas C. Wride is president for Websense, Inc. Bringing more than 32 years of experience in finance and management to his position, Wride has been instrumental in the transformation of Websense from a private venture to a successful public company. As CFO and now President, he helped orchestrate Websense's March 2000 IPO and its subsequent growth into a global company. Prior to joining Websense, Wride worked at Artios Inc., a CAD/CAM software company where Wride served as vice president, COO and CFO. In addition to restructuring international operations and directly managing 110 employees, he improved operating profit while decreasing income tax liabilities. Wride was also integral to the company's successful merger with BARCO, an $800 million international conglomerate. Before Artios, Wride served as vice president, COO and CFO of NetCount, LLC, an Internet traffic verification, analysis and research company. In this role, he built both the infrastructure and management team to grow the company's market presence. In addition, he completed two rounds of private capital financing and negotiated the first license of the Price Waterhouse trademark in the firm's 150-year history. He also held CFO positions at software companies Digitalk, Inc. and SSD. He began his career at Price Waterhouse. John McCormack is president of Websense, Inc. McCormack brings a strong history of building innovative products to Websense. Most recently, McCormack was vice president of engineering for Symantec's Client Security group, responsible for Symantec AntiVirus products and the acquired Sygate Technologies product line. Dan Hubbard is chief technology officer for Websense, Inc. He is responsible for all corporate security at Websense, including managing the Websense Security Labs that researches, analyzes, and reverse engineers malicious code, analyzes security trends, and provides research on malicious websites and network protocols. Jim Haskin is senior vice president of marketing and chief information officer for Websense, Inc. Geoff Haggart is senior vice president of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) for Websense, Inc. Susan Brown joined Websense, Inc. as director, human resources in August 1999 and was promoted to vice president, human resources and administration in September 2003. Bruce T. Coleman joined WatchGuard in 2006, bringing with him more than 30 years of leadership experience in publicly traded and privately owned companies. He has served as CEO of numerous enterprise software and services companies including Stamps.com, an Internet postage provider of Internet mailing and shipping services; Websense, makers of URL filtering, blocking, and reporting software for the Web; and Computer Network Technologies, developers of networking hardware and SNA servers. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Websense and Printronix. Coleman earned a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College and an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School.

John F. Schaefer, age 64, has served as a Director since May 2001. Since November 1994, Mr. Schaefer has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Phase Metrics, which was a publicly traded producer of technically advanced process and production test equipment for the data storage industry until substantially all of its assets were purchased by KLA-Tencor Corporation in April 2001. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Schaefer was President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of McGaw, Incorporated, a producer of intravenous products and devices. From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Schaefer was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Levolor Corporation, a manufacturer of custom window treatment systems. Between 1974 and 1988, Mr. Schaefer was a Corporate Officer and Director of Baker Hughes, Inc., a provider of services and equipment for the oilfield and process industries. Mr. Schaefer served as a Staff Assistant to the President of the United States between 1971 and 1974. He received a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mark S. St.Clare, age 61, has served as a director since October 2002. Since June 2007, Mr. St.Clare has served on the Board of Directors of Auxilio, Inc., a publicly held healthcare document services company. From November 2000 to October 2002, Mr. St.Clare served as Chief Financial Officer of Access360, a provider of identity management software, until that company's acquisition by IBM. From January 1985 to February 2000, Mr. St.Clare served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FileNET Corporation, a publicly held software company. Peter C. Waller has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Corinthian Colleges, Inc., since February 2006. Mr. Waller previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Taco Bell Corp. from January 1996 to May 1997. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Waller held senior marketing positions with KFC, an international food service chain, in Western Europe, Australia, and for the last two of those years, as Chief Marketing Officer of the USA operations. During the previous 15 years, Mr. Waller held various marketing and brand manager responsibilities with Procter & Gamble, an international consumer goods manufacturer, Braun GmbH, an international subsidiary of Gillette Inc., which manufactures small electrical appliances, and Nabisco, an international manufacturer of biscuits, snacks and grocery products, in England, Germany, Canada and the USA. Mr. Waller received his M.A. from Oxford University, England.
