Ian is Chairman of Kiln plc and Companies House plc. He is a Senior Non Executive Director of The Weir Group plc and Ricardo plc, a Member of the Legal Aid Board for Scotland and a Director of a number of other companies and a consultant on Auditing and Corporate Governance.
