As President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Rick Gilbert is responsible for the strategic direction and management of Westell Technologies. He is also a member of Westell's Board of Directors. Mr. Gilbert brings to Westell more than 30 years of global experience in leadership positions in the telecommunications equipment industry. He was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Kineto Wireless overseeing its rapid growth as the key innovator and leading supplier of mobile/Wi-Fi convergence solutions. Prior to Kineto Wireless, Mr. Gilbert served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Copper Mountain Networks, a provider of broadband access products to ILECs, CLECs, IOCs, IXCs, PTTs and other facilities-based network providers worldwide. Under Mr. Gilbert's leadership, Copper Mountain Networks achieved nearly $500 million in aggregate sales and was one of the most successful initial public offerings of 1999. Prior to Copper Mountain Networks, Mr. Gilbert was the President of ADC Kentrox, on of the fastest growing and most profitable divisions of ADC Telecommunications. Additionally, Mr. Gilbert has held numerous senior management positions with companies that include Make Systems, VitaLink Communications Corporation, and IBM Corporation. Mr. Gilbert received his MS degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a BS degree in Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.

Amy Forster was named Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Westell in April 2009. As CAO, she is responsible for internal and external financial reporting, accounting compliance, treasury, planning and tax, Ms. Forster served as Chief Financial Officer from July 2007 to April 2009. Ms. Forster initially joined Westell in 1994 as Controller and also served as the Executive Director of Finance. During her tenure at Westell, she has been involved in the initial and secondary public offerings, the issuance of convertible debt, acquisitions, and the implementation of an enterprise resource planning solution. Eileen A. Kamerick was recently named SVP and Chief Financial Officer of TectaAmerica, Corp, the nation's largest commercial roofer which is majority owned by KRG Capital. Tecta is the national leader in greenroofing and solar installations. At Tecta, Ms. Kamerick is responsible for all of the financial functions, including M&A and financial reporting, as well as human resources and information technology. Prior to her appointment, she served as EVP, CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSII). Heidrick & Struggles is the world's premier executive search and leadership consulting firm. In her role, Ms. Kamerick was responsible for SEC reporting, investor relations, treasury, tax, strategic planning, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions, IT and human resources on a worldwide basis. She joined the company from her position as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Bcom3, parent company of Leo Burnett and Starcom Media, following the sale of Bcom3 to Publicis, SA. Ms. Kamerick has served as a senior legal and financial executive for several Fortune 500 companies. Among these positions, she was vice president and chief financial officer, BP Amoco Americas, following the merger of British Petroleum, p.l.c. and Amoco. In that role, she was responsible for the management and integration of the US financial functions for BP, Amoco, and ARCO with a total asset value of over $100 billion. Prior to the merger, Ms. Kamerick served as vice president and treasurer of Amoco. Prior to joining Amoco, she practiced law with the firm of Skadden, Arps. Ms. Kamerick graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Boston College, received a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and holds a MBA, with honors, in Finance and International Business from The Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago. She also completed postgraduate work at Exeter college, Oxford University. She lives in Chicago with her husband, Victor J. Heckler, Ph.D., a management consultant, and their son, Connor. She serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Associated Bancorp (NASDAQ: ASBC), a $25 billion regional bank holding company and Bostwick Laboratories, Inc. She previously served on the Board of Directors of ServiceMaster (NYSE: SVM), a Fortune 500 residential services company, prior to its acquisition by CD&R. Ms. Kamerick serves on the advisory Board of Current Capital. She is a lecturer for Northwestern University's Director Development program and for the University of Iowa Law School. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago, the Senior Businesswomen's Forum, and the Mid-America Club. As Westell's Vice President and General Manager of OSPlant Systems, Brian Powers is responsible for managing and leading Westell's Outside Plant Systems (OSPlant Systems) Business Unit, formally Network Service Access (NSA). The OSPlant Systems Business Unit is focused on growth opportunities with a focus on Next Generation outdoor Cabinets and Enclosures, Power Distribution, Remote Monitoring solutions and Demarcation/Service hand-off panels for Ethernet, fiber and COAX interfaces. These OSPlant Systems solutions are ideally suited for wireless backhaul, and business enterprise services. Markets served include wireline carriers, wireless carriers, MSO's and Utility markets worldwide. Additionally Brian creates growth opportunities through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances with partner companies. In this role, Brian has been responsible for the successful acquisitions of HyperEdge Corporation and Noran Tel, Inc. These strategic additions have contributed to market expansion and revenue growth for Westell's OSPlant Systems business unit. Brian joined Westell in 1990 as Marketing Director, successfully developing a new marketing team whose accomplishments included winning six major product selection studies and launching a new corporate identity for the company. Since then he has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager of Sales. He is very active in the DSL Forum where he most recently chaired the DSL Home Marketing Working Group. Prior to joining Westell, Brian was CPE Business Unit Director for Rockwell International Corporation. He has also held several other technical consulting and sales positions for firms in the telecommunications industry. Brian studied marketing and business management at DePaul University and North Central College, and he holds numerous certifications in leader training, presentation management, and technical marketing.

As executive vice president of worldwide sales, Mark Skurla oversees Visual Networks' global channel sales, enterprise sales, pre-sales, sales operations and inside sales organizations. Mark brings over 20 years' sales and sales management experience in enterprise, carrier and channel sales to his role at Visual Networks. DeCarolis formerly served as the Director of Systems and Architecture/Optical Business Unit at Centillium Communications, Fremont, CA, where he was developing a new optical business unit based on PON technology.
