James D. Palm has served as a director of our company since February 2006 and as Chief Executive Officer of our company since December 2005. Mr. Palm is the manager and owner of Crescent Exploration, LLC, an independent oil and natural gas exploration company founded by Mr. Palm in 1995 and operating primarily in Oklahoma, the Texas Panhandle and Kansas. Mr. Palm currently serves as a member of the Industry Advisory Committee of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. From October 2001 through October 2003, Mr. Palm served as the Chairman of the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board. From 1997 through 1999, Mr. Palm served as the President of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association. Mr. Palm received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1968, and a Masters in Business Administration in 1971, both from Oklahoma State University.

Charles E. Davidson, 54, co-founded Wexford in 1994 and serves as its Chairman and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Davidson has primary responsibility for the overall strategic direction of Wexford's investment activities and serves as the portfolio manager for the Wexford Spectrum Funds and the Wexford Catalyst Funds. He has served on the boards and creditors committees of a number of public and private companies in which Wexford has held investments. From 1984-94, Mr. Davidson was a General Partner of Steinhardt Partners, L.P. where he was responsible for all fixed income arbitrage, risk arbitrage, private equity, distressed/bankruptcy and special situation investments of the multi-billion dollar hedge fund. From 1977-84, Mr. Davidson was employed by Goldman Sachs & Co. where he was the head of domestic corporate bond trading and proprietary trading. Mr. Davidson holds an MBA and a BA in economics from the University of California Los Angeles. Mr. Davidson lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife, daughter, son, and two dogs.

Michael G. Moore has served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of our company since July 2000. From May 1998 through July 2000, Mr. Moore served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Indian Oil Company. From September 1995 through May 1998, Mr. Moore served as Controller of DLB Oil & Gas. Prior to that, Mr. Moore served as Controller of LEDCO, Inc., a Houston based gas marketing company. Mr. Moore received both his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Joel H. McNatt has served as a Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of our company since November 2004. From May 1996 through October 2004, Mr. McNatt practiced in the areas of energy, products liability and complex business litigation with the firm McKinney & Stringer, P.C. John V. Doyle, 51, joined Wexford in 2004 and became a Partner in 2007. Mr. Doyle serves as the portfolio manager of the Wexford Credit Opportunities Fund. From 2000-04, Mr. Doyle was a Trader with ETG, LLC, a registered Broker / Dealer where he traded a variety of securities and participated in a buyout of the firm in 2003. Mr. Doyle served as the Senior Advisor to the CEO of the firm and as a member of the Board of Directors of ETG. From 1991-2000, Mr. Doyle was employed by Lazard Freres & Co, LLC as Senior Vice President, General Partner and Managing Director. While at Lazard, Mr. Doyle founded the High Yield and Distressed Debt Group and had primary management responsibility for all of the firm's activities in high yield and distressed debt trading, sales, research and capital markets. From 1979-1991, Mr. Doyle worked at Bankers Trust, E.F. Hutton and The First Boston Corporation. Mr. Doyle holds an MBA in finance from Fordham University and a BA in economics and Russian language from Middlebury College. Mr. Doyle lives in Rye, NY with his wife and five children.

Arthur H. Amron, 50, joined Wexford in 1994, became a Partner in 1999 and serves as Wexford's General Counsel. Mr. Amron is responsible for all internal legal and securities compliance matters. Mr. Amron also actively participates in various private equity transactions, particularly in the bankruptcy and restructuring areas, and has served on the boards and creditors' committees of a number of public and private companies in which Wexford has held investments. From 1991-94, Mr. Amron was an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP specializing in corporate and bankruptcy law and from 1984-91, Mr. Amron was an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP specializing in corporate litigation and bankruptcy law. Mr. Amron holds a JD from Harvard University, a BA in political theory from Colgate University and is a member of the New York Bar. Mr. Amron lives in Scarsdale, NY with his wife and two sons.

Ethan E. Silverman, 48, joined Wexford in 2004 and became a Partner in 2007. Mr. Silverman focuses on public equity investing. From 2001-04, Mr. Silverman was Head of Capital Introduction Services at Merrill Lynch & Co. and The Silverman Group, LLC. From 1997-00, Mr. Silverman was the General Partner at SilverTree Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund. From 1991-97, Mr. Silverman was an Equity Analyst at The Travelers Group, Steinhardt Partners, L.P. and Wasserstein Perella Inc. From 1983-91, he was Vice President in Equity Sales at Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Silverman holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in neurobiology from Wesleyan University. Mr. Silverman lives in White Plains, NY with his wife and three sons.

Frederick B. Simon, 53, joined Wexford in 1995 and became a Partner in 2001. Mr. Simon focuses primarily on investments in the Wexford Private Equity Funds. He has served on the boards and creditors committees of a number of public and private companies in which Wexford has held investments. From 1984-94, Mr. Simon was Executive Vice President and a Partner of Greycoat Real Estate Corporation, the U.S. arm of Greycoat PLC, a London Stock Exchange company. While at Greycoat he was involved in both real estate development and investment. From 1980-84, Mr. Simon was a senior lending officer in the real estate division of Citibank N.A. Mr. Simon holds a BA in political science from Union College and an MBA in finance from Hofstra University. Mr. Simon lives in Brookville, NY with his wife and two teenage daughters.

A co-founder of ICx, Mark Mills has been intimately involved in the strategic roadmap for ICx's core technologies and acquisitions. Mr. Mills is a founding partner of Digital Power Capital LLC, a Wexford Capital fund. Previously, Mr. Mills was a technology advisor for Banc of America Securities, and a co-author of the tech investment newsletter, the Huber-Mills Digital Power Report, published by Forbes, and the Gilder Group. Earlier he founded and ran an energy technology consulting firm and served as a staff consultant to President Reagan's White House Science Office. He holds a degree in physics from Queen's University, Canada.

Robert H. Holtz, 39, joined Wexford in 1994 and became a Partner in 1996. Mr. Holtz serves as the assistant portfolio manager for the Wexford Spectrum Funds and the Wexford Catalyst Funds and his responsibilities include global equities and commodities. He has served on the boards of a number of private companies in which Wexford has held investments. From 1989-94, Mr. Holtz was employed by Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. where he attained the position of Vice President. While at Bear Stearns, Mr. Holtz was involved in bankruptcies, restructurings and real estate investment banking. Mr. Holtz holds a BS in economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Holtz lives in Stamford, CT with his wife and three sons.

Mr. Zeppelin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis on finance from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business (1997). Since 2004 he has worked as a Director of Research at Wexford Capital LLC focusing on oil services, shipping and shipbuilding. Mr. Zeppelin has previous experience as an analyst/associate at Bear Stearns & Co. New York from 2000 to 2004, as an associate at Globecon Group Ltd from 1999 to 2000 and as associate at Bankers Trust New York from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Zeppelin is an American citizen with residence in CT, USA. Mr. Zeppelin's term expires at the annual general meeting in 2009.

Douglas J. Jacobson has been Executive Vice President - Acquisitions and Divestitures since April 2006. He served as Senior Vice President - Acquisitions and Divestitures from 1999 to March 2006. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Jacobson was employed by Samson Investment Company from 1980 until August 1999, where he served as Senior Vice President - Project Development and Marketing from 1996 to 1999. Prior to joining Samson, Mr. Jacobson was employed by Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Mr. Jacobson has served on various Oklahoma legislative commissions which have addressed issues in the oil and gas industry, including the Commission of Oil and Gas Production Practices and the Natural Gas Policy Commission. Mr. Jacobson is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from John Brown University in 1976 and from the University of Arkansas in 1977.

James C. Johnson has served as President of Chesapeake Energy Marketing, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, since 2000. He served as Vice President - Contract Administration for the company from 1997 to 2000 and as Manager - Contract Administration from 1996 to 1997. From 1980 to 1996, Mr. Johnson held various gas marketing and land positions with Enogex, Inc., Delhi Gas Pipeline Corporation, TXO Production Corp. and Gulf Oil Corporation. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Natural Gas & Energy Association of Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1980.

Martha A. Burger has served as Senior Vice President Human and Corporate Resources since March 2007. She served as Treasurer from 1995 to March 2007 and as Senior Vice President Human Resources since 2000. She was the Company's Vice President Human Resources from 1998 until March 2000, Human Resources Manager from 1996 to 1998 and Corporate Secretary from 1999 to 2000. From 1994 to 1995, she served in various accounting positions with the Company, including Assistant Controller Operations. From 1989 to 1993, Ms. Burger was employed by Hadson Corporation as Assistant Treasurer and from 1993 to 1994 served as Vice President and Controller of Hadson Corporation. Prior to joining Hadson Corporation, Ms. Burger was employed by The Phoenix Resource Companies, Inc. as Assistant Treasurer and by Arthur Andersen & Co. Ms. Burger is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1982 and from Oklahoma City University in 1992.

Michael A. Johnson has served as Senior Vice President - Accounting, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since 2000. He served as Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting from 1998 to 2000 and as Assistant Controller from 1993 to 1998. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Johnson served as Project Manager for Phibro Energy Production, Inc., a Russian joint venture. From 1987 to 1991, he was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987.

Mr. Wilson has served as a Geologist/Geophysicist of the company since May 1998. From 1994 to May 1998, Mr. Wilson had served as Geologist with DLB Oil & Gas. From 1992 until joining DLB Oil & Gas, Mr. Wilson was President of J.L. Resources, Inc., a geological and geophysical consulting services company. From 1980 to 1987, Mr. Wilson was a geological/geophysical manager for The Anschutz Corporation Mid-continent division. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Wilson was the Division Manager for The Anschutz Corporation Mid-continent division. From 1978 to 1980, Mr. Wilson was employed as a geophysicist with Terra Resources, Inc., an oil and natural gas exploration and production company. From 1977 to 1978, Mr. Wilson was a geologist for Monsanto Company and, from 1974 to 1977, Mr. Wilson was a geophysicist for Cities Service Oil Company, an oil and natural gas exploration and production company. Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from Wichita State University. Mr. Wilson is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

David L. Houston has served as a director of our company since July 1998. Since 1991, Mr. Houston has been the principal of Houston & Associates, a firm that offers life and disability insurance, compensation and benefits plans and estate planning. Mr. Houston has served as a director of Bronco Drilling Company since May 2005. Mr. Houston is a nominee to serve as director of Windsor Energy Resources upon completion of its initial public offering. Windsor Energy Resources is indirectly controlled by Wexford Capital LLC and Bronco Drilling Company is a company in which Wexford Capital LLC beneficially owns approximately 47% of the outstanding shares of common stock. Prior to 1991, Mr. Houston was President and Chief Executive Officer of Equity Bank for Savings, F.A., an Oklahoma-based savings bank. Mr. Houston currently serves on the board of directors and executive committee of Deaconess Hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is the former chair of the Oklahoma State Ethics Commission and the Oklahoma League of Savings Institutions. Mr. Houston received a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Oklahoma State University and a graduate degree in banking from Louisiana State University.
